From Decision Made to In Process

Sometime in March this year, we received a Procedural Fairness Letter saying that the sponsored applicant is criminally inadmissible due to a dismissed case 17 years ago. He was not convicted, sentenced, arrested or found guilty. The complainant dismissed the case due to misapprehension of facts or meaning it was all a lie. The applicants police clearance clearly states that He has NO CRIMINAL RECORD. Last April, we sent the submissions in response to
fairness letter. We submitted everything including court documents and a detailed explanation about the case. Last June 4, we checked Ecas and it is already Decision Made. We do not know how long the DM has been there because it was our first time to check online status. We waited for PPR or even a rejection letter but it is almost 3 weeks and nothing from the VO. Until early this week we checked Ecas again ang now it say IN PROCESS from Decision Made.

From Decision Made to In Process is it really possible?

Anyone please help me understand what is going on. Your help is highly appreciated.

How did they know about his case
 
Wow that sucks, i take it these criminal proceedings happened in the applicants home country?
 
Why would you be refused if it was dismissed?

In our home country, if your PCC remarks states a NO Criminal Record, means you have a dismissed/withdrawn case in the past.

There is a different remarks in every situation.

If you don't mind po asked ko lng may PPR n po b kau?
Kasi po case nman ng sa asawa qoh ay NO CRIMINAL RECORD remarks s NBI nya kaya dami din hiningi samin..

No PPR yet. Still waiting for the final decision. We expect a refusal letter but 3 weeks ago they asked another PCC.

Last kasi update app ni hubby last June add doc..

Yes, they asked everything and we also provided everything in response to Procedural fairmess letter. I thought it is refused after dm then it turned to IP then after 3 weeks they asked for another doc. And now we r still waiting.

umaasa din ako na maging ok apps ni hubby,,
