Decision Made to In-process again

Today my ecas has been again changed from "In process" to "Decision made"!!
In the description status nothing has been changed!!!!
Help!! I want to know what is happening!!

I hope.... I HOPE!!
But I'm worried because I'm pretty sure that the VO has to contact me to advise to re-do medical exams (expired), re-send new police certificates (expired) and send the new proof (certificate of marriage).
My application is a little bit complicated :|
