Did anyone get the biometric refund they promised? (I got my refund notice in early Jan, have not received it yet). Also, I still haven't got the AOR... Just the refund email.

How? I have like nothing... I submitted my app on Sept 11, 2021. Only got Biometrics: Done Jan 21, 2022. No AOR, no GU, no nothing... Is this normal?
have you tried linking using your UCI + Application number from Biometrics refund letter? https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account/link-paper-online.html
