Fraud marriage

Hello,

last year I married someone who was fraud and was on visitor visa and I am PR. Soon I realized he just wants PR. We got married and after two weeks we got separated and I filed for divorce. Divorce still going on and will take another 5-6 months for divorce order. I have not signed any undertaking for him to become PR. Is there any way he can still get PR based on this marriage without telling me?? Please advise. Also how long does simple divorce order takes to come after we file all documents in ontario? @canuck78

While this is true, if you have any lingering concern esp about how much of your personal info the fraudster has, you might advise IRCC of this person. Specify you have not sponsored this person, not signed any documents relating to sponsorship, and do not intend to.

Since the person is not an honest one, keep in mind that forging a signature is very easy (despite being a crime) and very few institutions ever check physical signatures unless they have some reason to do so.
