I am a citizen of Moldova Republic and prepare docs for immigration under FSWP
The question is: WHERE in my application should I select the Visa Office (Buchuresti in my case), as there is no special form for this!?!

The second problem is with the 8th point in the checklist about travel documents and passports.
If me and my husband and child (2 years old) have Romanian citizenship as well, should we include photocopies of these passports too or only the photocopies of passports of Moldova Republic will be sufficient??
(The problem is that only me and my husband have Romanian passports, the child has only birth certificate.)
Help me please, as the time is paasing and I don't have an idea how to deal with these problems,
