Forms that are N/A

Hello everyone

I just had a question regarding some forms that do not apply to my wife and I's application.

For Part 1, we will NOT be needing: Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] , Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union [IMM 5409 and Use of a Representative [IMM 5476]

For Part 2, we will NOT be needing: Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP] and Use of a Representative [IMM 5476]

If my wife and I do not need any of these forms because they do not apply, do we need to include them in our application?

Based on what we've read here on the forum, some other applicants had their entire application returned because they didn't include these forms even though they didn't need them as well.

Our idea was to include them, write "N/A" in big letters across the forms and NOT check them off on the Checklist.

Anyone else have any other suggestions or experience with this?

As always, My wife and I appreciate any and all help/advice!

I know of at least one that had their package returned due to not including the additional dependent form. To be safe, you can include the form and put N/A on the top. (That's what I did).

I didn't include any forms that weren't relevant to our application, and didn't bother putting NA on the checklist either.

Our app wasn't returned.

I mentioned in checklist NA
