I'm the principal applicant,

And we are 3 members Myself, wift and child (1.5 years old)

1. Generic Application (IMM 0008) fileld by Principle applicant
2. Schedule A: Background declaration (IMM 5669) fileld by Principle applicant,Spouse
3. Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) fileld by Principle applicant,Spouse

Please advise.

Or Do my child has to fill above form as he is 1.5 years old only
