Form required in order to apply for TRV...

Can some one let me know what are the forms required in order to apply for TRV.

Please specific the forms which i have to fill it up in order to apply the paper application.

one is document :-imm 5484(Document check list)...5257(trv application for outside)....5645(family information)... apart from that what are the others documents i have to filled up ....please help me as i am applying by own.

Please read thru the guide (IMM 5256) available on the link above and it'll help you. And then if you have specific questions, then definitely ask. Forum members like to help if someone does their own reasearch and then asks questions. Do not stress out. Form filling can be intimidating but if you read thru the guide, things will be relatively clearer



IMM5409 is declaration of common law. are you in a common law relationship? if not then you don't need to fill it out
