You need to fill one form B4 for goods accompanied (2 copies) and one form B4 for goods to follow list (2 copies).

If you are not bringing any taxable items later or have booked cargo, do not bother to fill form B4, it will be a waste of time then.

quick question - I gather that you need 2 copies of the form B4E - 1 for the Goods accompanying, and another for Goods to follow -

Is the 'Goods to Follow - Yes/No' on the B4E form asking -

1) Is there another list for 'Goods to follow'? a.k.a do I check this box on the one for 'Goods Accompanying'?
- OR -
2) Is this list for 'Goods to follow'? a.k.a do I check this box on the one for 'Goods to follow'?

Only on the goods to follow list you need to check 'Yes'.
