Form 5406 and 5669 clarifications

I am sponsoring my wife. I know my wife needs to fill up IMM 5406 and IMM 5669 forms for sure. But I am confused if I need to fill up that forms as well. Please comment if you know! Thanks!

Do I need to fill out IMM5669 with a validated or without a validated form? There are two 5669 forms one is eIMM5669 (Modified 11-2018) with validating and another one is IMM5669 (Modified 06-2019) without validating.
