Forgot to write :not applicable" in IM 5406

Yes. I did not write "not applicable" in the children section.

Submit a revised form via webform. May not be a big deal, hard to say.

Call IRCC, if you have a temporary number, then use WEBFORM as armoured said.

You don't need a temporary file number to do so, although it does help - just identifying information for sponsor and applicant (enough so that it will be matched).

I note this because if file submitted very recently there may not yet be a temporary file number.
