Forgot to write :not applicable" in IM 5406

Hello, First of all thanks for your help. I recently submitted spousal sponsorship application and just realized I did not write "not applicable". How serious is this?

Very serious could be returned
 
Call IRCC, if you have a temporary number, then use WEBFORM as armoured said.

You don't need a temporary file number to do so, although it does help - just identifying information for sponsor and applicant (enough so that it will be matched).

I note this because if file submitted very recently there may not yet be a temporary file number.

Hii, is it ok if i write N/A by hand after printing the form. I forgot to write N/A in email id section for sibling. Is it a big deal?
