Hi guys,
I have a quick question.
I got my AOR 16 Feb and just realized that i might have responded incorrectly to the statutory questions.

1. Has<applicant> been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

2. Has <applicant> ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

I applied for Canadian PR two years back and it was refused as my experience letter didn't list all the job responsibilities as my selected NOC. During this submission, I ensured that employment letter sufficiently covers all the job responsibilities. While submitting the profile, I responded no two both the questions mentioned above and now after reading this thread I am having second thoughts.

In the profile, I have mentioned my previous application number and UCI. However, while answering these questions I put 'NO'

I don't want the profile to be rejected again and would like to know what are my options? would raising CSE solve the problem?

Thanks in advance,

Yes raise a CSE as soon as possible, as when they see you have been refused before, it will be rejected. You may also be banned for misrepresentation (mistake or not).

, so the answer to both the questions should be YES ? or just the first question?

Hi guys
I applied for canada work permit with work support letter from province, but forgot to mention my USA b1(touris visa) refusal. Do I need to update IRCC or not, please help..

My spouse's student visa got rejected in 2002 and there is a stamp on his old passport about it. He has got his passport renewed after that twice. Also, he doesn't remember the reason of rejection as it has been above 15 years now. Shall i mention about this rejection while filling profile? Is it a good idea to not include it as so many years have passed? If I include this detail, will it complicate things as rejection reason is unknown?

Friends,

Iam planning to raise cse for previous study visa refusal in canada. Should we have to select our respective VO where our application is being processed? As there is option to select where application is processed. Please advise me and correct me if iam wrong??

Hello, I forgot to mention a student visa refusa from France 9 years ago. Im scared to be rejected. Do you think IRCC will find out France rejected me 9 years ago? However last year I was awarded a France tourist visa.

Raise a CSE and mention it now.
