Previous visa refusal

Dear All,
i have a previous UK student visa refusal , but this is over 13 years ago . I answered yes to the statutory question regarding this on my eAPR, do i need to furnish any documents pertaining to this? I really have no details or documents as this anymore as this was a long time ago. The rejection stamp is on an old paasport that is invalid now, do i need to still scan and upload details of it?
Any input is greatly appreciated .

No, you do not have to provide the details during eAPR- but IRCC may request you to submit Schedule A if they need more details about your visa refusal during processing.
