Forgot to mention previous visa refusal :( Please help

Yup, have sent explanation (with date of applied US visa also mentioned)before one month.didnt hear back yet.
I m worried after waiting also atleast they grant visa,because i have heard pfl is nothing but pre refusal they want to give.

Hi all,
I applied for work permit in last year may 2021,i recd pfl from visa officer stating that i had not disclosed us visa refusal in my profile.truth is i was never got refusal for us visa and in one go i had recd u.s.visa..so definitely i had mentioned no to the question of have u ever refusal for us visa...i have replied my answer to visa officer.
Any one aware how long it would take to reply them.its frustrating to get pfl which is not true..
How long i woulf have to wait.any one have experienced this???

But if you can raise webform by explaining same thing to ircc may not be a big deal. I also refused australia study visa and I didn't mention in my all applications but I informed them week ago. Now I got acknowledgement from ircc. Again take advice from @legalfalcon. Every case is different.

My case also similar to you, but now i am going to apply for PR. I DIDNT MENTION THE PREVIOUS UK REFUSAL BECAUSE OF A CONFUTION OF REJECTION AND REFUSAL, WILL IT A PROBLEM IF I DISCLOSE NOW. WHAT HAPPEN TO YOURS, WHY YOU GO TO LAWYER, DID YOU DISCLOSE AFTER

I am still going to apply for pr and I am the main applicant we will put All the refusal in pr application but my spouse who is on close work permit mentioned yes to his past Canada WP refusal but only mentioned dates of 1 in 2012 didn’t mention another one in 2007 in his work permit applications, he still has application in progress to extend his work permit. My question is should we raise web form for current work permit application for my spouse about second refusal, please answer thank you

If they cross check the applications we will have proof that we tried to correct our mistake

Yes, I would definitely raise the web form asap. If IRCC finds the refusal before you notify them, your spouse could be looking at a five year misrepresentation ban which will then impact the PR application.
