Forgot to attach IELTS score card

Hi everyone, I submitted my application last night for Permanent Residence (Post-ITA) and realized today morning that I did not attach my IELTS score card in the education section. There was no specific section asking for this document. Will they accept if I raise a webform and attach it? Or will the application be considered incomplete?

Through which program? If IELTS is mandatory, you need to submit. IRCC will refuse your application as incomplete otherwise. They won't request the missing document.

IELTS (CLB 7 in all modules) and ECA are mandatory documents. You wouldn’t have been able to submit a profile.
