What should I do in this situation?

Thank you for your response! I received an email from my company stating they provide the letter only for the latest designation.

I worked at the same company from 2015 to 2019 and got promoted once in 2017 and bother roles had different roles and responsibilities and different NOC. Should that be entered as two different entries in work history? Would I require two different letters from the company?
