forget 1 document while sending full docs. seniors pls help

I forget to send proof of relative in canada with full docs to new delhi vo.
what to do now.

I am not sure, but what you can do is to send the document without any further delay and mention your Reference number too.

Seniors please comment.

Write a cover letter explaining this and send them asap

Wait for your AOR where you will get the New CHC File Number.

With that Number send the required document and detailed Covering letter. Give some reason which would convince the VO instead of saying "you forgot".

Its about proof of relatives so, any reason would be trying to be over smart to VO. Its always better to say truth... This is my experience.... You can not give any stupid reason coz u dont make relatives in Canada overnight. They had given you enough time to submit your full docs and if u did the mistake so, its better that you write a nice cover letter with apology and VO will be surely convinced....

Do this before that start reviewing your application or you can wait for second AOR but I am afraid, if they'll put ur docs for review immediately after generating 2nd AOR

i send my relative's PR card and proof of his stay in canada,i.e utility bills etc
but forget to send the proof of my relation with him.
can anyone provide me with a sample cover letter for the above.

I have created a sample letter for you.
This is not the best writing but, I could not think something better than this... This will surely help you though.... If you can get some better writing then please use that....however, I hope this will give you some idea to write a cover letter.

Dear Sir / Madam

This is with reference to file number BXXXXXXXXX. It is to inform you that I submitted my full documents at your visa office on XX XXX 2010. The documents I did send to you also include some evidences of my relatives in Canada however, I missed a letter stating my relationship with them. I truly apology for this mistake from my end. I have attached that document stating my relationship with my relatives in Canada.

I request you to accept this document and attach with my rest of documents in above mentioned file no.
