Foreign Work Experience

Rewinding back to 2020, i had just started working as a supervisor and i was in the process of applying for my student visas, and within a few weeks i applied for them, my visas almost took 10 months to get approved meanwhile i was still working, fast forward to today, can i use this experience while filing for my EE? i have all the paystubs and a reference letters from my employer too.

I highly appreciate any advise on this

Did you mention that work experience in your study visa file? if Yes, you can show it with the supporting docs. if not, it gonna be misrepresentation issue. Also, was it a complete 1 year work experience?? Anything less than 1 yr has no value in terms of points unless you have some other work experience to make it to 1 yr in total.
