Foreign work experience of 11 Months and 15 days

Hi Everyone,

My foreign work experience is of 11 months and 15 days. I joined the company on 28 Dec 2015 and left it on 13 Dec 2016.

Will I get any points for this in CEC?

Did you accumulate any paid holiday which was paid in lieu of time off at the end of your employment? IRCC may allow up to 2 weeks per year in holiday time and you may be able to claim that to extend that employment to 1 year.

That is unfortunate. It is unlikely IRCC will accept it as one year when you are 2 weeks short.

There were some paid holidays left at the end. However I received cash for that.
But I haven't received my offer letter yet. Because I am yet to pay the bond amount.
Don't know what can be done
