Dear friends

In March 2020 I applied for my study permit having secured admission for the September 2020 intake. I put down 2 years of my work experience in the application. I had quit in anticipation of my impending travel etc. Then Covid struck and I was unable to travel to Canada until July 2021. So the company requested me to continue work for them until I leave, which I did for another year. Now, I didn't add this extra experience in my next applications of study extension or PGWP. Do you think it will be misrepresentation if I claim it for my PR now?
Would appreciate the advice. Thanks

Any experience gained while being a student is not counted!

The foreign experience is in my home country while being a student in Canada. I had to study online because of Covid.
Oh apologies. Just re-read your query again! Yes, you can attach a LOE stating why you missed out on sharing this info. Usually, it shouldn't be a problem as long as you have strong explanation. Also during SP/WP extensions, IRCC is aware that most of the times applicants use the same documents that were used in the initial application. Ultimately, it's at the discretion of the visa officer. I'd advise not to stress over it! Just attach the LOE explaining in short and simple way! Remember, the simpler your LOE is, the better it is for officer's easy accessibility!
