You'll have to include it either way - whether it is in the personal history section or in the work history section. You can claim points for it just make sure you write a LOE regarding why you did not mention it back then.

Cheers :)
NOC and express entry

Doubt regarding Express entry profile creation and NOC code

Doubt regarding Express entry profile creation.

Hope everyone is in good spirits. I am having doubt on which NOC code I should choose for the following letter of experience I got back from my home county. The jobs and responsibilities doesn't match completely with any NOC described in the NOC book as we were constantly shifted from one role to the other.
I was hoping to add my experience under 22302 or 21321 or 20010 or anything that matches closely with this.
I was paid abd worked 6 days a week amounting to 48 hours

Any leads would be appreciated and suggestions too.
Thank you guys in advance for helping out a fellow being.

The experience letter is as follows

Graduate Engineering apprentice in PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT from 18th August 2019 to 10th September 2020.

During this period he has gained experience in the following:

Overseeing Production and Implementing 55

Scrap Management and Inventory Control

Requisition of Materials and Supplies

Production Documentation

Process Experience and Documentation

Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Principles

Work Measurement Studies

Working hours: 48
Salary:_'_

Hi,

I never got the reply from thread/actual people who had the same scenario. I've created my EE profile and added the experience. As long as you have all the required documents to prove your experience, you can add it. But again, it would be great to know what all the people(who are in this thread) did.
hey did you added that experience in your application or not, if yes how was the process for your file? please do response

I successfully got PR from work experience that not previously shown in SP and WP application. As long as you have a proof or evidence and good explanation why you’re not mentioned it before, it should be fine.
Hey, would you mind helping and sharing more details for your case. Please.

you can add the experience, but be ready to justify to IRCC on why you never added this before. It is upto an officer to decide whether this is a misrepresentation or not. For most who add exp that they never mentioned before, their application processes normally like how anyone else's would.

Hi All,

When I initially came to Canada on Study permit, I didn't provided information about foreign work experience when applying for study permit. I have also applied for co-op and PGWP those application didn't contain foreign work details as well, so If I were to use that experience now as part of EE would there be any complication or query on why I never provided that experience before.? If CIC were to enquire about that what should my answer be.?

Thanks
have u got the results bro i have same question, i am still confused if it impact on my ee profile in bad way or not.

To everyone here:

YES YOU CAN. NO WORRY

as long as you can explain why you didn't include it in your application of study permit in your LOE, you will always be safe

Remember, be honest.

Hi All,

I am in the same boat as people in this thread. While applying Study permit, I didn't provide any information about foreign work experience. I have also applied PGWP without mentioning any experience outside Canada. Can I use that experience while creating my Express Entry profile? Did anyone having same issue got their PR ?

Thanks
Did you show your foreign work experience?

Hello everyone,

I am in a bit of a situation. I'm currently in post ITA completing my documents. I came to Canada on a work visa.

On my visa application (IMM1295) I only mentioned my 3 recent job experience at that time for the fact that there are only 3 rows available on the form. I have no intention to hide my other work experience, it's just that I did not know we can add more pages to accommodate more information and my consultant didnt even bother telling me.

Now, post ITA, I included the rest of my work experience under personal history and work history respectively. Will this be an issue? I want to know your insights. Thank you.

Hi. Due to misunderstanding there are only three columns given for work history in the Study permit and study permit extension application I filled only three of my six foreign work experience. Now I understood that I can attach additional forms and so is it okay and advisable that now in my pgwp application I mention all my six work experiences and attach a letter of explanation mentioning my earlier misunderstanding and hence justifying why I am adding my other work experience . Thank you . Please help.

My agent in india didnt put my valid experience in file stating that its not a 1 year gap and only showed preparing for ielts for that time but by the time i came to canada i had an experience of 1.5 years. I want to claim the points for that experience while applying for pr but dont want to get involved in misrepresentation.

I did mention this experience while applying for pgwp and trv but by mistake i mentioned the finish date as nov 2022 instead of nov 2021 and at that time, i was in Canada.

How can i claim the experience points. Any guidance would be appreciated.
In terms of proofs i have experience letters and bank statements for complete 1 year.
