I consulted with a lawyer about this they said u can include it make sure u have proof of the work experience and include a letter of explanation as to why you didn’t include it before.Its always good to be truthful.

Yeah, I also consulted for the same. But the question is weather to include explanation from the start and include it in the ee profile or explain it if they (IRCC) question or reach back for more explanation. I prefer the later. What are your thoughts ?
