its really very unfortunate that people in this category are getting refusals for the reason like duties mismatched or something like that. so i would like to request expertise members in this forum to please provide their valuable suggestions regarding the job duties mentioned in the experience certificate by the way job duties in my application are as under
1. To teach graduate and undergraduate classes.
2. To give advice and guidance to student to support their academic progress through the university.
3. Planning and preparing lesson.
4. Teaching across range of qualification types and levels in day or evening classes.
5. Monitoring assessing and marking student’s work.
6. Maintaining accurate records and monitoring student’s progress.
7. Setting and overseeing examinations.
8. Conducting tutorials on a one to one basis with learners.
9. Undertaking a range of administrative task. Undertake any other duties as shall be reasonable requested to hold counselling of the students and to advice them regarding their progress and efforts needed for improvement.
10. Teaching large and small groups of English language learners from a range of background abilities and ages.
11. Liaison closely with teaching and administrative staff to ensure quality teaching.

13. Assigning free time to weak students for practice and imparting extra knowledge.
