I am aware that CIC organizes a PRE DEPARTURE SEMINAR for visa recipients (My one friend attended this program) . They basically brief you about usual information related to moving to Canada.
How & when do they inform the successful candidates about these programs?

Please guide.

You have to go to the your nearest thana for pcc.
They will registered you first.
They need your photo id and residential proof and
They will also ask you to bring one of your
Gawandi person to the thana.
Then they will give a report or they will send that
Report to civil thana by them self.
If you pay under the table they will that report
Right away and give it to you by hand.
After that you take that report to the sadar thana
There is third room who make pcc the sardar ji.
Request him make it fast and again pay under the table.
Your report from your belonging thana will be go to suvida cente.
When suvida center will approved and send that report to
Sadar thana they will give you pcc within two days.
I have received my pcc this way and myself when visit to
India.all the best for yours. I spent around 4000 rs
And got it in a week by hand.
