For Proof of fund gift deed do we need to show donor's bank account statements as well?

My sister will be gifting me 15000 CAD Post ITA. I will be getting a notarized gift deed from india.
Do I need to attach her bank statements as well? If yes then the statement must be of how many months?

PS: Yet to receive ITA, just inquiring.
