Ano po mas advisable?
Yung online application or traditional paper application po? Thank you

Started from 1st and beyond. I noticed year 2011 2-3months lang may visa na

Ask ko lang po sana if there are anyone here applying for SOWP of foreign student In canada?
yung common law partner ko landed in vancouver last mo.

Need po ba na 6mos. Siya dun with his student permit or anytime pwede na kami process ng 3months baby po namin?

By the way; na issue rin po agad yung work permit niya upon landing thru co-op program

Hope someone can share something on this.
Thanks a lot po

Hello. Mag-apply pa lang din po siya ng SOWP pero she's very well researched, she might be able to help you.. :) :) :)

Hi to all!

I want to ask if both parents are tfw in Canada but both under NOC D, can they apply study permits for their 2 kids ages 8 and 6? They have $7k proof of funds.
The parents live in different provinces though. The mother in Alberta and the father is in SK.
Thank you.

Hello,

Ok. I will answer all your questions here. Sa first question mo na kelangan bang i-renew ang visa nyo pag na expire na, the answer is NO. As what I have said, for as long as you're here in Canada, you don't have to renew ur visa. It's clear to me now na hindi talga na renew yung asawa mo kasi kung ni-renew pa cya ay pinapa sign na cya nang new contract which is also needed to apply for a new LMO.

So, here's my advice, since sa April na ma-expire ang work permit nang asawa mo, sabihin mo sa asawa mo na ipasabi sa employer nya kng may Ready-LMO ba sila kasi pag may ready-lmo na sya no need na cya maghhintay nang approximately 2 mos. So ang i-a apply nalang nya ay work permit nalang. kng ang question mo naman ay, paano kng na expire na ang dating work permit nya at hindi pa dumating ang new work permit nya??? ang sagot dyan ay ok lang, kasi for as long as nkapag apply sya nang new work permit before his old work permit expires, walang problema yun. Now, sa question mo naman kng pwede ba kayong humanap nang new employer? the answer is YES. You can look for another employer for as long as they have a ready-LMO para work permit nalang din ang i-a apply nya. So the bottom line here is to find a Ready-LMO kasi hindi na pwede na maghhintay pa kayo nang another 5 mos kasi sa April nalang valid ang work permit nang asawa mo. But worst comes to worst, kng wala talaga ready LMO, pwede naman kayung mag file nang extension but you can do that 1 month before ma expire ang work permit nang asawa mo.

I hope I answered all your questions.

Just think positive. God is always there for us!

Good Luck!

tama po, think positive lang po and God is good and He has plans for all of us... and He will not fail us...

Keep safe and God bless! :-* :-* :-*

Sa CEM website nyo po makukuha yung WP Additional Information Form at yung TWP Checklist..... Website nila: philippines.gc.ca or manila.gc.ca or canadainternational.gc.ca/philippines.

Hello.
Foreign student po ba hubby nyo? Pwede naman po kayo mag-apply ng SOWP as spouse of a foreign student... http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-spouse.asp . Work permit naman sis ang aapplyan mo kaya ok lang kahit wala pang work si hubby mo pero dahil may dependent kayo, kelangan nyo magprovide ng medyo malaking proof of funds patunay na may pang-support kayo sa family nyo at sa studies ng hubby mo habang wala pa kayo parehong work. Better kung may work hubby mo or may job offer na kasi pandagdag din yun as proof of funds.

Good luck po! :) :) :)
