Sorry po now lang nakasilip uli sa forum. Thanks po sa info about sa size ng mga pics. Just want you to know pati din ng iba na as of today wala bagong LMO ang husband ko kasi nagkamali daw po ng file. Bale irerefile siya by next week daw po. Masyado dismayado ang husband ko at nag-iiyak lang kanina kasi gusto niya magbakasyon muna at magpahinga bukod sa wala pa work permit para makapagpasa uli ako ng bagong requirements sa CEM. Naglasing talaga husband ko buti na lang he's off today. Gusto ko pa sana magtanong uli para malaman kung may iba pang way para mapadali ang release ng LMO o kung saan pwede ifile siya para makuha agad at para maasikaso niya din ang WP niya. Sa WP meron siyang alam na ginawa ng iba tulad ng pag-exit sa Montana at doon inasikaso. One day lang kuha agad nila. Ang LMO ba meron bang way na ganito? Para lang maasikaso ang mga kailangan para makapagbakasyon ang husband ko. Please help us baka may alam kayong info. Bale sa May 16 4yrs. na husband ko sa Edmonton ng walang uwian. Sis, since your hubby paid the consultancy fee already, AIMS has no reason of delaying its assistance to you and your hubby as its clients... You can exercice your rights, days count... Naaalala ko yun case ko before na we engaged the services of CIC (Canadian Immigration Consultancy not Citizenship and Immigration Canada), and paid 65k para sa Federal Skilled Worker Class Application ko.. June 19, 2010 final na lahat papers ko nagsign na ko sa forms, gave the bank draft of 1,250CAD, paid the courier of 2k, and everything. All the while I thought it was submitted by CIC to Nova Scotia. The Ministerial Instructions in Canada changed on June 26, 2010 (7 days after the completion of my docs), and unfortunately the list of highly in-demand positions was reduced to 29 only from 38 and sadly, my occupation NOC 0213 was no longer included in the list.. Ang simple reason kaya di nila nasubmit: di daw pumasok ang agent ko ng ilang araw (pero naturn-over na sa kanila) kaya di nila naasikaso... Nagwala talaga ako sa main office nila, at kahit nakalagay sa contract na di marerefund kahit nagkaproblem application, kinausap ko may-ari talagang idedemanda ko sila, ayun nirefund lahat..Pero imagine ang Loss of Opportunity para samin pamilya--nandun na sana kami as PR--- pero I believe everything happens for a purpose, baka di pa talaga naman time na makapunta nun, we left it all up to Him.. Sensha na, nadala lang ako ng bad experience ko sa consultancy firm. Anyway, what I wanted to say is that di dapat magpapetiks petiks ang AIMS sa pag-assist sa inyo... Good luck sa application nyo.. Sis thank you for sharing your bad experiences with that consultant agency. I will take your advise to insist immediate assistance from our agency since we already pay them. Thank again, we will file our application by mid November kasi lalabas yung passport ng anak ko Nov 7. Thank you sa lahat ng nag-reply at patuloy na tumutulong dito. God Bless to all of us. Sana magkita-kita tayo someday or maybe by that time sa Canada na tayo lahat di ba?

yep, your best bet is to wait for the call center agent's instructions regarding this. malay natin baka they took note of what they have asked us to include in the application... or baka paranoid lang ako

yep, your best bet is to wait for the call center agent's instructions regarding this. malay natin baka they took note of what they have asked us to include in the application... or baka paranoid lang ako

sabay n ung application mo ( SOWP) at sa anak mo (student permit). ganun ang ginawa ko

Hello!!! Sis, actually I am planning to apply by November 17, even without my hubby's new WP yet. I recalled that JOYCHEL had the same situation as ours. To my recollection (di ko lang mahanap exactly yung post nya—hahanapin ko pag may time), she submitted the SOWP application ng wala pang WP, pero naglagay sya ng letter of explanation. Tapos, timing naman na nun nagrerequest ng additional documents and MR ang CEM, dumating ang WP ng hubby nya so sinama na nya sa additional documents yun WP scanned copy. Tapos ok naman ang apply nila, nandun na sila sa Saskatchewan. By the way, sya din yung walang inattach na bank cert nya or ng hubby, kaya sobrang kinakabahan sya nun nasa processing stage... Pero God is good talaga...

Sa case ko, pag chineck ko yun timelines, mga November 17 ako magapply, tapos 3rd week of December ang dating ng WP ni hubby. Kung magsesend ng MR and/or additional documents ang CEM, malamang dadating yun 1 month after my application. So ang iniisip ko, if ever dumating agad ang WP ni hubby ng wala pang reply ang CEM, isesend ko na agad as additional document. Pag naman may communication na CEM at di padin nadating WP ni hubby, idedelay ko ng konti ang medical naming mag-ina, para bago isubmit ng Nationwide sa CEM eh may WP na... Do you think okay lang to? Super okay ang timing mo, Ynoweh. I also talked to my hubby and around January 6 lalabas WP nya, hopefully. So like you, a month before lalabas ito, that's the time I'll send my SOWP application na din. Thanks for giving us this idea! And super good luck to both of us!!! Considering medyo maganda yung gap at magpapanagpo mga dates? Instead maghintay ng matagal, at least tatakbo na papers namin. Sayang din kasi ang one month pa na ipaghihintay, kung pwede naman pala isubmit. I believe He'll guide me on this. Mag-ask ako ng signs..

I-chat ko mya si hubby about this para makuha ko opinion nya. Thanks kasi kung di ka naginquire about this, di ko maiisip na pwede pala sa case ko. Hi Joluz, I am actually super new in this forum and super new din pag dating sa mga Canadian Immig laws pero when I read your post, super naka-relate ako sa'yo. I may not be the perfect person to give you an advice but let me just share to you my husband's and my experience. 4 years na din sya sa Alberta, Canada as a skilled worker and like your husband, wala na din syang LMO and his WP expired already. His company informed him that his LMO was denied and they applied a new one pero sad to say, it's been almost 3 months na, wala pa din new LMO nya. But buti na lang may employer syang bago na may ready nang LMO, when he accepted their job offer, pinangalan lang nila yun existing LMO sa kanya. They were able to do that in a matter of 3 days. So now, on process na new work permit nya. Sa pagkakaalam ko, matagal talaga mag-process nang LMO, I think it takes 3 weeks to 2 months? (I dunno if our other sisses know another way).

The reason why I'm sharing this is because, kami nung hubby ko that time, we also didn't know what our other options were. Kasi diba what if, pauwiin na sya coz expired na WP nya at wala pa din LMO nya? Pero we considered Canadian Experience Class. Have you heard of it? Kasi if your hubby's been working as a skilled worker in canada for over a year, pwede sya mag apply nun, kahit wala syang LMO at WP, pwede pa syang umuwi na pinas while waiting ma-approve yun application nya. Yun nga lang ang processing ata nun is 8 months to 1 year pero pwede nya ikaw isama sa application and your kids, if you have any. Pag na-approve, PR na kayong lahat.

Try to research about this program, baka you might like it, if ever lang naman, it can be an option. As for the LMO kasi, wala talaga akong idea how to rush it or whatever. God bless!

in my case kasi kasama sa requirements nila ung proof of funds kya ngpass ako tapos pti ako ngpass rin pra cgurado.... sino ung ng-aassist sa inyo? prepare mo n rin para incase d k madelay... ;D

Taga Mercan Canada ang nag aassist sa min ng husband ko, her name is Marjorie. Since, next month pa naman kami mag-aapply for SOWP, may time pa kami ni hubby to prepare our proof of funds. More time to save some more. Tama ka, para sure, ireready na namin. Thanks ha!

Thanks sa info. About sa CEC wait pa kami ng result ng EILTS. Ang pinaka easy way kasi eh yang SOWP kaya lang nga sad to say irerefile. Next year pa bago WP niya at yung hawak niya ay until pa January 12,2012. Kakadismaya talaga. Wait na naman ako ng ilang months na naman. Any advice pa po sa ibang friends dito sa forum? Baka may alam po ang iba sa inyo...

sis hindi n kylangan na dalhin sa DFA ung TOR mo. sa akin ung original ang pinasa ko. ibabalik naman ata nila pg ok na application... 1 nso marriage contract lang ang kylangan then sa kids mo nso bcert lng nila ang kylangan. sana nga sis lumabas n visa nmin... salamat ;D ;D

Hi dear! yup, parang ang alam ko lahat ngsubmit ng TOR and diploma, both original..no need for DFA authentication.. pero ung CHED cert, alam ko hindi ganun ka-importante..

Yung birth and marriage certificates naman, dapat nga NSO certified yun and only 1 needed each.. Hindi ko nga lang sure kung ibabalik nila yun original copy mo.. Pero yung TOR and diploma, ibabalik naman yun...

Grabe pala ngyari sayo sis... Pero that's good, you still saw it as a positive experience... and ganyan din ginagawa ko.. Before kasi nag-apply ako ng Work Visa nung 2009.. and n-refused yung application ko, baka wala na daw ako balak bumalik dito sa Pinas.. Pero still, I said to myself "hindi pa din time! dadating din sa'min ang right time!"... And now alam ko malapit na dumating yun.. Kaya stay positive always.. God bless!

I'll keep this forum posted of my application progress para guided din yun ibang members sa case ko na on process pa WP pero magsusubmit na sa CEM. Thanks sis!!! Pag nagkaproblem sa SOWP application ko, di pa siguro meant to happen then we re-apply once we have the actual copy of WP. If walang magiging problem, praise God..... God bless..
