hi ms leila, wala ka po nasubmit na payslip or paycheck? tingin mo po, wag ko na lang din isama ung paycheck ni hubby ko pag nagsubmit kami ng application kung may discrepancy ung salary nya sa paycheck compared sa nasa contract & LMO?

Hi oxie, sa tingin wala naman problem, kse ako wala naman sinubmit na paycheck or payslip eh ni hubby , employment contract, LMO and Work permit lang nya.

hi everyone... new lang po ako d2, ask ko lang po kung matagal ba tlga ang processing ng SOWP? kc we applied last june 28 tapos ng medical ako last Aug 8 then sabi sa medical institution napasa n nila sa embassy last sept 1. But until now wala pang result ung application namin. nakita ko sa website nila 12-14 weeks lang ang processing. thank you....

sis, ok lang yan as long as nag apply ka na may 6 months pa ang WP ng hubby mo... pwede ka ma-approve. Kahit one month left nalang sa WP ng hubby mo makakapunta ka pa din. Ako nga June 8 ako dumating dito Nov 2 expiry ng WP ng asawa ko.

Sa Calgary ako, sis. Wag ka masyado mag worry. Isipin mo nalang wala nang tatagal pa sa timeline ko. hahaha. ;D Kaya naging matagal yung sayo kasi after mo magpasa Aug ka pa nakapag medical tapos Sept pa results. Ako kasi January 17 ako nagpasa tapos Feb 12 nakapag medical tapos Feb 24 pinadalhan ako ng questionnaire. So malamang wala na hihingin sayo. Approval na ang sunod. Wait lang and pray. God bless!

thanks sis...kahit paano eh narerelieve ako.... yesterday i rcvd a letter from the CEM. They are requesting for my chest x-ray kasi nung med exam ko d ako ng-xray. preggy ako 2 months that time.... sabi nmn ng doctora dun pag 4 months n ko at ngrequest cla for xray pwede namn daw n mag xray.... hopefully payagan ako ng OB ko..... pls continue praying for us.... sobrang kaylangan ko nmin ngyon. magkalapit lng pla tyo incase n makarating kmi dyan, sa edmonton nka base ang husband ko.

medyo malayo din ang edmonton mga 3 hrs drive ata. pero pde ka namn dumalaw sa Calgary para eyeball tayo nila enyale. hehehe. Sis, teka 4.5 months preggy ka na ngayon? check mo until how many months allowed magbiyahe. depende ata sa airlines. Alam ko naman until 7th month ata.

Hi guys, pwede po mag-ask, this early kasi may naencounter na kami problem...

Required po ba LMO sa list of requirements na isasubmit sa CEM? Kasi we emailed the immigration consultant tapped by my husband's new employer, requesting for a copy of the positive LMO for our file and as needed for application of SOWP, and here's part of the reply:

"For your LMO, except your contract, we aren't allowed to send you the copy [for employer information]."

But I have checked the DOCUMENT CHECKLIST of CEM for Work Permit app outside Canada, and I saw this particular requirement: "Job offer letter or contract from prospective employer and the file number provided by the HRSDC to locate the LMO. Your employer should be able to provide you with this file identifier."

Guys, please help me interpret, since sa doc checklist eh file or confirmation number lang, so kahit walang LMO copy? Kc I understand my recent Privacy Act na di na nagaappear ang name ng Temporary Foreign Worker sa LMO.. Baka kasi makulitan samin un immigration consultant pag nagrequest padin kmi. What do you think guys? Thanks in advance..

Nagtataka naman ako bakit hawak nung consultant nyo yung LMO ng hubby mo. Kahit kopya lang naman bakit hindi pa mabigay eh right nyo naman yun diba? Magpapasa na ba kayo ng PR at ayaw nya ibigay ang LMO? hmmm... hindi ko talaga maisip bakit hindi pde. Lahat kasi kami siguro dito hawak namin lahat ng papers before nag-apply kaya nakapagpasa kami ng LMO.

Nakalagay nalang ang details ng employer and job details. Siguro kaya di na binibigay kasi interpretation ng consultant para sa employer lang yun copy. Di kasi kami ang nagbabayad sa consultant, sagot lahat ng employer ang fee nila kaya medyo super tone down din kami sa pakikipagusap. Ang sure lang namin, approved na LMO nun Sept 21 at yun new WP ni hubby, naiapply na nun Sept 29, binigyan kami ng Tracking Number. Wala naman masama kung magbigay sila ng copy ng LMO db, magpapalipas lang kami ng days kc kagabi lang kami nagrequest. Siguro sa mid November mangungulit kami... Hay…

LMO and WP ba hawak mo? Pareho tayo ng checklist yun ang wala sa folder ko pero ginamit ko yung checklist na yun. Nga lang, may LMO akong pinadala eh. Pero based on that check list e di ibigay mo yung letter na may barcode at file number. Usually sinesend yun sa nag-apply ng LMO diba? Response ng Service Centre/ HRSDC.

hi sis... online din kami nag-apply ng extension ng work permit ni hubby. ung contract din ung inattach namin sa job offer letter. I guess same lang din un kc may signature naman ng employer nya.
