hello!! really..iniisip ko dun bumili nun eh..hehe buti po nabanggit u, di din pala magagamit.. excited na tuloy ako kahit matagal pa ko makaaply, pati hubby ko panay ang kulit sakin.. super depressed kc kami nun di umabot ang application ko sa federal skilled dahil sa delay ng immigration consultancy firm d2, kumpleto papers namin pati bank draft, ayun naabutan ng changes ng list of highly in demand positions.di bale, bahala si God, may purpose pala yun, eto binigyan Nya kami ng opportunity...bait talaga...iguguide Nya tayong lahat... Hi!! Sorry,, it's you who qualify for open work permit... if it's true na same procedures apply like that of NOC A, O or B, eligible kana and your kid/s kc dapat may at least 6 mos. pa si hubby u na valid ang work permit, since 4 months out of 2 years palang sya kaya pwede na... you can start gathering the requirements and fill out required forms (IMM1295E, etc. - surf CIC Website), and call the canadian embassy in manila call center para mapick up ng courier ang complete application package mo.

hello po... hingi po sana ko tulong sa inyo lahat, 4 months na po nasa bc, canada hubby ko, may 2 yrs contract po sya dun as specialized cleaners, may nagsabi daw po sa knya na pwede sya apply spouse open permit... ask ko po kaung lahat if paano mag apply and ano yung mga documents needed and yung link ng isa-sign na form.. hope to hear you guys soon.. thanks...

Hi!here's the list of documents i submitted to CEM:

- applicant's visa id picture (2 pcs)
- applicant's passport
- application for work permit made outside of canada
- family information
- work permit information form
- applicant's photocopy of passport
- spouse work permit
- spouse passport
- spouse certificate of employment
- spouse employment contract
- spouse LMO
- spouse bank certificate
- spouse T4 year 2009 and 2010
- spouse payslip (3 months)
- certificate of marriange - nso copy
- applicant's cenomar
- spouse cenomar
- applicant's birth certificate - nso copy
- spouse birth certificate - nso copy
- applicant's nbi clearance
- applicant TOR
- copy of diploma
- remittance forms/slips

for the kids
- almost the same include mu lang ung certificate of baptism
- for the application we applied for study permit

Hello! if I may ask, kung need yung payslips ng hubby, di kme makaaply gad kung saglit palang nagwork hubby? Plan kc namin na iaaply na open work permit at study permit kahit mga 1 wk palang c hubby sa work or kahit sana upon receipt of new work permit.. hingi lang kami ng cert from employer na working sya dun... would that suffice? Also, un proof of remittance ng hubby, need din po ba? mukha kc hahalughugin ko bahay para mhanap ko mga papers .. hehe sorry kung makulit...Thanks in advance...

ang alam ko puede naman kasi magpapadala naman CEM ng request for additional docs kung sakali me need pa cla, pero try to call CIC customer service ilan lang ung sasabihin nila na requirements,di naman lahat ng docs na sinubmit namin is really required pero we still submit those docs pa rin just to be sure para they wouldn't ask na for additional supporting docs. wait din natin reply ng ibang applicants from this forum...

hi guys , ask ko lng f puede kmi mg pass ng documents s embassy even f ala p yung renewal ng work permit n hubby kse wori nmin bka pg labas ng permit nya eh lapse n nmn para mkpg pass kmi ng doc s cem, tumawag me s CEM knina sbi nung agent puede nmn dw it depends on the visa officer kung m approve nya yung visa nmin ng kids ko bsta dw i attached ko ung letter of explanation n on process n yung wp ni hubby kse ngyun mtgal nga dw mg release ng permit at mga supporting doc,, kya pls help nmn yung my mga similar cases... thanks and gudluck s mga ng aantay n visa !!! GODBLESS

Hello! tama c leila tingin ko rin better to wait na lang for the WP kasi need tlga un (at least 6 months validity) we're not sure kasi kung by the tym CEM ask for additional documents from you e you have na the new WP. nasubmit nmn na ata ni hubby mu un wp application nun last month pa so malamang by november maissuehan na...
