good evening guys, seniors, forum mates..may question lang po..
may naresib akong tawag from slec last week,informing that cem is requesting me to undergo cultured sputum
usually po ba sa st lukes nlang nanggaling un, up to now kasi wala pa akong nareresib na khit ano from CEM..
i know n it will take 2 months bago lumabas result ng sputum kya mejo malungkot, additional delay sa application..after po ba ng result ng sputum my additional test pa?

May bago na po palang Law? So di ako inabot nyan kaya pala di ako hiningan ng IELTS... under SRS Engineering Occupations Category po ako.. mechanical engineer sa Saudi.. na hire po ako ng company ko d2 sa edmomton as piping designer..
nakalagay po sa contract ko na after 3 months (probationary period) na pwede na ako mag apply ng AINP.. nag apply ako last march then after 3 weeks i got the approval.... then last May nag apply napo ako ng PR.. july 18 dumating po ang MR namin... medical received napo ang status ng PR application namin as of now... di lang po ako inabutan ng bagong Law kaya siguro napabilis ang application ko.. malamang sa PR application hanapan ako ng IELTS.. thanks

We are talking here about the updated AINP criteria as of Sept 13, 2013. Sa anong category ka nag apply?
Kahit anong category na ngayon ng AINP application (self-nomination or employer-driven) required ang English proficiency.

Saka it makes me wonder bakit within 4 months ka pa lang sa Albeta naapprove na AINP mo when in fact there is a requirement of minimum stay and work experience sa Alberta bago ka qualified mag apply as nominnee? Kelan ka nag apply as nominee? How is it possible? Pwede mo ba iclear sa amin how did you do it? For the benefit of others who have plans to apply sa AINP, that's a very good news.
Last Sept 13 update lang yung kahit 9 months ka pa lang sa Alberta pwede ka na inominate ng employer mo at sa self-nomination naman within a year ang Alberta work experience mo.

SRS Engineering Occupations Category po ako... piping designer.. nung nag apply po ako ng AINP lat march wala pa po requirement na english proficiency... kaya nung nagpasa ako ng PR application wala ring IELTS....

I assume nag take ka ng Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB).

I completely agree with maplelove that English proficiency is one of the requirement for PNP/PR Application.

Yeah they are entirely different. Sa AINP mag-aapply ka pa lang ng nomination sa Alberta government if qualified ka,either self-nomination or employer-driven, after mabigyan ka ng nomination saka ka pa lang mag apply for PR using the PNP requirements to CIC.
Ang CEC naman po ay may sarili ring criteria at requirements, eto naman ay derecho ka na mag apply for PR sa CIC on your own if nasa NOC 0 A or B ang occupation mo kahit saan ka mang province nag tatrabaho, but you need a reference letter from your employer (minsan may mga case na pahirapan ang pagkuha) as one of the requirements.

skilled na si husband ko, restaurant supervisor sa alberta since dec 2010. student permit inapply naminsa anak ko kasi nag aaral na rin sya, mas okdaw yun kesa mag trv tapos jan pa mag aapply ng student visa.

hi sa lahat.. my application for permanent residence is almost complete and they are asking my passport to sent it to them. i am worried because i take my vacation and got married last january and i did not informed them until now. according to the letter they send it to me that i should not submit my pasport if i get merried since the last correspondence. if failure to declare additional dependents such as spouse prior to your becoming a permanent resident could result in the cancellation of PR. IS IT to late to advice or informe them about my status? what should i do..

The only thing you can do is send an explanation letter regarding your failure to inform them which is about 8 months before you decide to inform them. Attach your NSO marriage certificate which you should have by this time. Just good luck with your explanation, your reasons must have been valid and make them believe what led you to inform them very late. You pray that they will accept it. That's all I know I hope this helps

Both can be possible, pag TRV as per the experience of others medyo tagilid minsan at depende sa funds po ninyo. Kami ng hubby ko student visa inapply namin sa 2 anak namin at waiting for the result. Ang maganda nyo po gawin is ipasa nyo sa VFS yung application nyo for student Visa or TRV kung gusto ninyo, kung gusto nyo naman ng online application pwede rin kaya lang hindi nyo sya maiaapply sa online na sya lang under your account kailangan mag apply ka rin ng TRV for yourself para isabay mo sya kaya lang kung ok pa naman ang TRV mo di mo na need mag apply so ang magandang gawin is paapplayin mo sya sa VFS. Ang mga requirements ay nasa website lang din.

Iba pala ang criteria mo and occupation sa karamihan po dito sa forum, kaya pala di required ang English proficiency sa'yo.

Pasensiya napo kung medyo out of topic ang napag usapan nmin.. kaya po ako napadpad d2 sa forum na ito ay isa rin po ako sa mga nag aantay sa pagdating ng aking pamilya... under SOWP po rin sila... December applicant sila.. hirap mag antay.. mag 1 yr na.. salamat sa mga info...

Pero one more question, alin b ung mas mganda , direct kna s cic or mg AINP k muna..?

Ah ok po, ngkausap n kmi hubby ko knna, CEC daw po cya, my nakausap na rin cyang consultant pra sa pgpprocess ng PR nya.and most kc ng cousins and titas ko, nasa vancouver kya f ever, gusto rin nming mgtransfer dun soon..

I understand the feeling, been there too, pero ako ngayon eversince me and hubby got our visas, (before that, it was the time na sobra kang eager to come to Canada and settle everything but it adds lang to frustration if matagal), after nun application naman ng mga kids ang inasikaso ko, I dismissed the feeling of impatience and eagerness na and eventually I learn to leave everything in time and faith. My concern for now is, the kids will be here in perfect time that's when we can have everything settled like we have our own house na etc., and before the classes begins in Sept next year, that's why di ko na iniisip ang processing time hehehe
