Halu sis! Ung kidney operation ko(partial nepthrec). Sabi ko wala akong record baka pwedeng wag na. Sabi nila kelangan daw kc 2011 lang un. Kuha na lang daw ako sa hospital where I had my operation. Actually, I'm thinking na wag na sbihin ung about sa operation e para wala ng madaming hahanapin. Kaso, tinanong ko pa din in the last minute at baka malalaman din lang naman nila. Alteast peaceful na din ako pag sabihin ko lahat. hehehehe.

As a backgrounder of my application, I submitted our documents last 17July2013, and I received my MR together with my 4kids MRs last 16Sep2013 at exactly 2months of waiting...Thank God! I'm scheduling our Medical Examination this 8th of October at SLMC Global..hope all will goes well..God willing!

I have a question, is it true that if you receive your MR already there's no additional requirements to be asked by the VO once your Medical results were received by them?

Hello! Nabuhay akong muli ;D last time i posted was 2012 nsa Pinas p ako at aligaga pero I landed here in Calgary,AB as live in caregiver, at dhl nandito ang mister ko in 2 wks nabuntis agad kaya may Canadian Citizen n ako agad at medyo nwala dito s sirkulasyon ng sandali.

At mayroon lamang po ako konting katanaungan. May anak kmi n naiwan s pinas n 5 y.o na guso nming dalhin dito next year at magsama samakmi dito para bongga! Magbiga lng po akong knting background, Ang asawa ko ay retail supervisor s family food dito nitong April 2013 lng, so ang program n pwede s amin nnkikita nmin ay CEC or Canadian Experience Class, since 2009 dito n asawa ko hndi nga lng nkpasok as skilled. Anyways, sa pagkaka alam ko kpag NOC skilled type B (supervisor etc.) pwede i apply ng open permit ang asawa at mga anak under the validity of the work permit of the NOC SKILED TYPE B holder. At dhil may sarili nmn aong work permit at iba ang akig program no need ko n mag appy ng open permit and be under my husnad's permit. Ang importante lng sa aminaymadala amin dito an aak nmin. Tama po b ang intindi ko mga bossing? Dahil kmi nmn ay nandito n halos lahat, ako bumalik n agad s work kht pwede mag maternity leave dhl gusto ko matapos ang aking program at me fall back kmi ng asawa ko in case worst comes to worst n mpasama sya mapauwi s country of origin ng mga TFW's from the ruling nung April 2011, wherein all NOC, all open permits ay uuwi unless probably processed n ang papers nila which I am not sure din.

Ang tanong ko po, (1) pwede namin i-apply anga anak nmin n 5 y.o at dalhin dito n ma grant ang TRV dhl preho nman po kaming worker dito at nsa skilled type. B ang asawa ko? skilled na si husband ko, restaurant supervisor sa alberta since dec 2010. student permit inapply naminsa anak ko kasi nag aaral na rin sya, mas okdaw yun kesa mag trv tapos jan pa mag aapply ng student visa.

Hi... Good for you, received MR all at the same time.
Im still waiting for my baby's MR and if it happens that his MR arrives this week... Id most probably have oct 3/ or 4... Or maybe magkita tayo sa oct 8... Sis according to previous post/feedback... We dont need to have an appointment na, we'll just have to go there as walk in nalang daw.


Regarding your query about ADDITIONAL DOCS...
it's being asked either BEFORE MR OR AFTER MR...
you can do some back readings. Actually sis, the once who are delayed are those who undergone MR na and was asked to submit additional docs. Hmpf! CROSSED FINGERS!! Sana sis after MR ng lahat VISA STAMPING NA!! No more additional docs... As long as you provided all docs naman at satisfied VO mo i guess theres no need for addtl docs na... Unless siguro may mga expired or need to be renewed docs...

GODBLESS TO ALL APPLICATIONS!!! Sana mag pa impress na sila satin, after the long 6months strike...

Fyi. CELPIP or IELTS are required if you are under skilled position NOC O A B and if you want to apply for AINP or CEC in federal. In AB, even under NOC C or D under a qualified occupation for AINP are required to take CELPIP or IELTS. Or else you nomination will not be processed.

We are talking here about the updated AINP criteria as of Sept 13, 2013. Sa anong category ka nag apply?
Kahit anong category na ngayon ng AINP application (self-nomination or employer-driven) required ang English proficiency.

Saka it makes me wonder bakit within 4 months ka pa lang sa Albeta naapprove na AINP mo when in fact there is a requirement of minimum stay and work experience sa Alberta bago ka qualified mag apply as nominnee? Kelan ka nag apply as nominee? How is it possible? Pwede mo ba iclear sa amin how did you do it? For the benefit of others who have plans to apply sa AINP, that's a very good news.
Last Sept 13 update lang yung kahit 9 months ka pa lang sa Alberta pwede ka na inominate ng employer mo at sa self-nomination naman within a year ang Alberta work experience mo.

Both can be possible, pag TRV as per the experience of others medyo tagilid minsan at depende sa funds po ninyo. Kami ng hubby ko student visa inapply namin sa 2 anak namin at waiting for the result. Ang maganda nyo po gawin is ipasa nyo sa VFS yung application nyo for student Visa or TRV kung gusto ninyo, kung gusto nyo naman ng online application pwede rin kaya lang hindi nyo sya maiaapply sa online na sya lang under your account kailangan mag apply ka rin ng TRV for yourself para isabay mo sya kaya lang kung ok pa naman ang TRV mo di mo na need mag apply so ang magandang gawin is paapplayin mo sya sa VFS. Ang mga requirements ay nasa website lang din.

I assume nag take ka ng Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB).

I completely agree with maplelove that English proficiency is one of the requirement for PNP/PR Application.

Under what category ka ng AINP?
