@ jeanmichill.. thanks po sa kasagutan, nagaalala kasi ako sa dalawang anak namin na talagang excited ng makita at makasama ang tatay nila. nsa calgary ksi hubby ko so un ayaw na din pumasok ng dalawa kong anak ksi akala talaga namin 3mnths lng ang maximum na processing..

july batch ka if im not mistaken dun sa post mo above
yea its really hard to wait specially we never know till when only god knows
ang v.o can tell,.. just pray hard
me as i expected probably next year or hopefully early next year god send me my visa
napagod na din kase ko mag antay or magbilang eh
i just leave it to god
kawawa naman kids mo naiinip na din,.maybe who knows july batch ka nman maybe this dec.

Question lang po. My wife is just waiting for my new work permit before she can apply for a SOWP. And we have a son po na mag 4 years na but nag-aaral na po cya ngayon sa pre-school-nursery 1, applicable po ba cya sa Temporary Resident visa? kasi d ba, hindi pa cya pwede sa Student Visa kasi ang age nun ay nasa 6 years pataas. and may separate form ba na fi fil upon yung anak namin o wala na??

Please share ur thoughts naman po.

-Family Information form
-Work Permit Addition Information Form

So, basically they are just all the same in applying for a regular work permit, right?

Good morning po! We just received our approved visa yesterday. Para po dun sa mga nag alala regarding po proof of funds, hindi po kami nagsubmit. bale sinabay po namin yung SOWP at SP ng 7 year old daughter namin sa TWP ng hubby ko although we will just follow several months after.. Para po makatipid at nakiride on nlng ako sa docs ni principal applicant(hubby). Bale yung sinubmit ko po na docs are just my NBI clearance,marriage certificate and birthcertificate along with yung mga forms from CEM ayon sa nakasaad po sa checklist ni CEM.. no more certificate of employment, transcript of records etc,..although i had it naman. and for our daughter is birth certificate and CEM forms. matagal lang po talaga kami nghintay... like mga 5 months plus from date of submission and 4 months from date of our MR.

careful lang din po dun sa date of expiry ng passport nyo... kasi the VO will base the expiry of your SOWP/TWP/SP according dun sa expiry.. example, my passport will expire on september 2, 2014, kaya less than 2 years lang..yung nakatatak na expiry sa visa ko is September 1, 2014.. dapat sana november 15, 2014(eto yung expiry ni hubby at daughter sa kanilang visa) if i had able to get e renewed passport na may more than 2 years from date of expiry.. pero dont worry, pwede naman sa Canada na irenew yung passport, when the time comes.

Narefuse kasi kami last year kaya sobrang natatakot na ako mag-apply ulit for fear of another rejection. Full-time mom po kasi ako at fully dependent kami sa salary ng hubby ko kaya I'm not sure kung sufficient yung financial resources namin.

I'm really thankful when I read your post. Thank God, kahit paano nabawasan din ang worries namin..

Ano po reason why na refused yung unang application nyo?
Under ba sa Skilled category yung hubby mo?

Sa case ko kasi hinintay ko pa yung work permit ko bago ko ma apply yung mag ina ko.

Yes, same as all the requirements of TWP. But you need to add proofs that you are married. Like marriage contract, others provided some pictures with their spouse, others provided joint accounts, LMO/Contract/Payslips of spouse, etc.

Hi Jars, I'm not sure about the requirements of your kids coz I don't have any yet. Try to back read so you'll know ano ano sinubmit nang mga ibang ka-forum natin na may kids na. But for you, you may submit the following:


1. Document Checklist for a Work Permit
2. Form IMM 1295 Application for Work Permit Made Outside of Canada
3. Form IMM 5645 Family Information
4. Work Permit Information Form
5. Manager's Check Amounting to Php 6,450.00
6. Your Original Passport
7. Photocopies of the Passports' Information Pages and the Pages with Stamps
8. Two (2) Photos
9. Proof of Funds (Ex: Bank Certificate mo at nang husband mo, pay stubs ni hubby, T4 nya, etc.)
10. Additional Documents:
- Husband's Work Permit
- Husband's Employment Contract
- Husband's LMO
- Husband's Passport (Photocopies of the Information Sheets of His Current and Old Passports and the Pages with Stamps)
- Your NBI Clearance (Original)
- Your Birth Certificate (Original and Photocopy)
- Marriage Certificate (Original and Photocopy)
- Contract to Sell of an Avida Condominium Unit (Original)
- Your College Diploma (Original and Photocopy)
- Your Transcript of Records (Original and Photocopy)

I also submitted kasi photos of me and hubby plus remittance slips kasi we just got married last 2009. Para lang to convince the VO that we are truly married. I am not sure with your case since matagal na ata kayog married plus you have kids na pati.

30 November 2012 - exactly 20 weeks na po application ko counting from my pick up date. Katatawag ko lang po kahapon at ang sabi po nila "on process" daw po yung papers ko...
26 November 2012 - exactly 11 weeks naman po ang lumilipas from the day na sinubmit po ng nationwide yung medical papers ko po sa Manila...

Haay... Sana nga po dumating na po mga visa natin...

Pag may globe number po kayo, pwede po kayo mag unli call o magregister po kayo sa unli all ng globe tapos idial niyo po ang: 1 (900) 101 8888
Tapos sundan niyo na lang po yung voice prompt. May number po kayong pipindutin kung gusto niyo pong makausap ang isang agent.
Meron din po yung general visa information 63 2 845 9200 naman po. Pero hindi ko pa po nasubukan tumawag sa general visa information.
Anyway try niyo na lang po. Ü
Sana po nakatulong yung info... Ü

It's only for dependent children 18 years old and up. But stubborn as I am, I have filled up that form for my 4 year old and I just signed it. They could disregard it anyway if it is not needed. I am just trying to make sure if it is indeed needed, I have it filled it.

So it means no form is needed for my 4 year old son?
And which form did you filled up for your 4 year old? is that Application for a Temporary Resident Visa-Schedule 1?
and lastly, how much did you pay for the visa for your 4 year old? (I've heard they have separate envelope and manager's check both for my wife and son)
