hello mga kabayan, magttanong lang sana ako kung paano ang process nga pagkuha ng spouse ng open work permit> anong form ang gagamitin at requirements? Thank you very much sa mga reply ninyo.

Spouse Requirements & Forms

1.Form IMM 1295, IMM5488E
2. Form IMM 5476
3. Personal Information Form
4. Manager's Check Amounting to Php 6,450.00
5. Your Original Passport
6. Photocopies of the Passports' Information Pages and the Pages with Stamps
7. NSO Birth Certificate
8. NSO Marriage Certificate
9. NBI Clearance
10. Employment Certificate
11. Transcript of Records
12. Two (2) Photos
13. Proof of Funds (Ex: Bank Certificate mo at nang husband or wife mo, pay stubs ni hubby, T4 nya, etc.)
14. Additional Documents:
a. Husband or wife's Work Permit
b. Husband or wife's Employment Contract
c.Husband or wife's LMO
d. Husband or wife's Passport (Photocopies of the Information Sheets of His Current and Old Passports and the Pages with Stamps)
e. Husband or wife's Canadian Visa
f. Husband or wife's Certificate of Employment

Good morning po! We just received our approved visa yesterday. Para po dun sa mga nag alala regarding po proof of funds, hindi po kami nagsubmit. bale sinabay po namin yung SOWP at SP ng 7 year old daughter namin sa TWP ng hubby ko although we will just follow several months after.. Para po makatipid at nakiride on nlng ako sa docs ni principal applicant(hubby). Bale yung sinubmit ko po na docs are just my NBI clearance,marriage certificate and birthcertificate along with yung mga forms from CEM ayon sa nakasaad po sa checklist ni CEM.. no more certificate of employment, transcript of records etc,..although i had it naman. and for our daughter is birth certificate and CEM forms. matagal lang po talaga kami nghintay... like mga 5 months plus from date of submission and 4 months from date of our MR.

careful lang din po dun sa date of expiry ng passport nyo... kasi the VO will base the expiry of your SOWP/TWP/SP according dun sa expiry.. example, my passport will expire on september 2, 2014, kaya less than 2 years lang..yung nakatatak na expiry sa visa ko is September 1, 2014.. dapat sana november 15, 2014(eto yung expiry ni hubby at daughter sa kanilang visa) if i had able to get e renewed passport na may more than 2 years from date of expiry.. pero dont worry, pwede naman sa Canada na irenew yung passport, when the time comes.

Hello po...thank God nkarating po ako ng maayus d2 sa asawa ko d2 po kmi s Grande Prairie, alberta...i just want to share po regarding my experience po s papunta ng canada.

430 scheduled flight ko,naia terminal 2,12:30 pumasok n ko then pumila pra s check in ng luggage habang nakapila bngyan kmi ng form fill up mo lng un,then w8 4 ur turn..then s counter ng check in present ur ticket at llgyan ng tag luggage and pay k ng terminal fee 550 22ro sau if san mgbbyad...after u pay bbgay ung boarding pass m at claim stub for ur luggage...the go to immigration 4 da short interview..ako ask sken worker aq..sbi ko im a spousal visa po, wife ko po ung proncipal sponsor ko,tapos i presnted work permit of my wife and oec ng wife ko..d kc alm mxado nung IO prgram naten spousal visa buti nkita nung ktabi nyang IO...then ntyakann passport ko and go n ko s x ray or scanner and un w8 n ng plane.
@ the plane,pg mlpit n ng canada bbgyn po kau declaration card fill it up lng at ppkita un s cnada border agency b un interview ule dun..always ready the letter frm embassy..then 22ro nla s immigration..pila ule then interview ask lng nmn 2ngkol s hubby nu or wife nu...then after that bbgay n ung WP nu thats it get ur luggage n and check in n if ur a conncting flight ako kc 2 tickets...
Hope mkatulong po ito s mga nxt nting mkkareceive ng knilang visa at nkasked ng mgfly papunta d2 s canada.

Yung mga sinabi niyo po ay siguradong makakatulong lalo na po sa 1st timers na magbyabyahe abroad, tulad ko po... Hehehe!ü maraming salamat po.
Sana nga po dumating na rin po mga visa naming mga naghihintay. Hinihiling ko po kay Lord at gusto ko po kasi makasama si hubby for a white Christmas... (*^_^*)
