Asus, wag ka maguilty kasi ako naman pasimuno, hehe, and, I think wala naman pong magiging problem kahit nakasubmit na me nun Nov. 17, at least umaandar ang araw and hoping to receive response from CEM (HOPEFULLY AoR/MR in JESUS NAME)... Like what I've said before, risk taker talaga ako, and I am responsible for my actions kaya don't feel anything bad.... Mula nang maging kaibigan ko kayo lahat dito sa forum, mas naging POSITIVE ang outlook ko sa buhay... Drama ko no, but that's true. ;D

By the way, sa mga nakatanggap na ng MR, may date po ba na nakalagay or validity na need na makapagpamedical? Kasi if ever makatanggap me (SANA PO LORD!!!) ng MR, idedelay ko muna hanggang maging positive nay un WP ni hubby sa Vegreville (from time to time tinatawagan naming ang automated telephone service nila to get the status of application).

@ milleth082002, sis, salamat po sa info. Sa case ni hubby, yun consultant ng employer ang nagkamali, sa Unit 202 sinubmit ang application for new WP, dapat sa Unit 555... Konting delay lang (1 ½ months kasi 52 days ang new WP against 97 days ng same employer WP) pero kaya ng powers ko to.. Go nang go... You're all right, money is not going to be a problem as He will provide for it, in fact, di alam ni hubby (white lies), may iniipon ako, yun mga bonus this December (God is really good), para man lang makatulong pag subsidize ng fare db.... ;D

Hi sis! yes.. im also praying for that.. sabi nung friend kong doctor, dont conclude unless the hepa profile was done... isang test lang naman kinuha sakin (HBS-Antigen) and reactive sya.. kaya tomorrow ipapaulit ko yun and all the hepa test.. isang kuhaan lang naman ng dugo yun diba..takot kasi ako sa injection eh..hehe.. then meron pang ultrasound ng liver....
sa FEU hospital na lang ako papa-test, ang mahal sa st.lukes eh, abot 25k.. sa FEU nasa 15k lang siguro.. sana ok na lahat and mabigyan talaga ako ng clearance para maipasa ko na din dis week sa st.lukes ext clinic ung result ko..

Ask ko lang kung specifically kailangan ba sa FEU Hospital ka magpakuha ng Ultrasound sa Liver? Kasi ang mahal pa rin. Kung di naman required sa FEU kumuha at choice mo kung anong DOH accredited clinic or hospital, meron naman kami ng ultasound sa liver at malaki ang ma discount mo.

not necessarily naman sa FEU pero sabi kasi father ko masmaganda kasi sa big hospitals na lang ipagawa additional test para ma-recognize ng embassy (although not required)..compared naman kasi sa st.lukes and feu, less expensive sa feu and masmalapit sa amin.. anyway, dad ko naman magbabayad eh..hehe...

Thanks a lot dear... ipapaulit ko yung hepa b screening ko pero this time lahat na ng hepa test ipapagawa ko (hepa profile).. i have a friend who's a doctor and he said 98% lang ang accuracy ng mga hospitals pagdating sa mga test.. malay mo isa ako sa 2% na ngkamali yung test diba..hehe...

diko pa alam ang result eh, hintay na naman but im PRAYING FOR THE BEST! mabilis lang ako natapos kanina, direkta na kase ko sa cashier after bigay saken yung slip na naka-ready sa reception it cost me additional P400..then tinawag nako nung staff dun napansin ko lang dame papel na for repeat-xray d kaya gina-gawa nalang nilang business yun? kase madame din ka-trabaho ng hubby ko ganun ang naging case n bumalik sa nationwide for the same procedure well,siguro double checking lang bago i-forward result sa CEM.

tama si Sis milleth hopefully non-infectious maging result ng test at mabigyan ka ng clearance ASAP, para less worries na. Si GOD lang tlga nakaka-alam but what-ever may happen always look at the brighter side at least curable sya Sis! sabi nga ang lahat ng pagtitiis, pagti-tyaga at pagsa-sakripisyo ay may kapalit na pagpa-pala! just lift everything to GOD!

hindi ba sinabi ng nurse/doctor kung anu naging problem ng xray mo bat kelangan ulitin?.. well sabi mo nga look on the brighter side, meron lang pnprepare si God for you kaya mjo nadelay ung medical mo.. bout mine naman, non-curable daw yun BUT treatable.. kaya nga mejo nakahinga na din ako maayos kasi atleast pwede i-treat..wag ko lang daw talaga pababayaan.. kaya kahit takot ako sa hospital/injections/bloods.. ayan, kelangan ko sila i-encounter lahat..hehe.. face your fear nga diba

anyway, i really hope and pray non-infectious talaga yung skn kasi ang inaalala ko din is yung visa application ko.. if ever, sa canada na ko mgpp-treat (though hindi daw sya covered ng health card).. 10-12hrs fasting daw ako (no food/no water).. kaya sasamahan ko na din prayer 'to.. pag-ppray ko din yung sayo sis,..

Ynoweh, nakakahawa ang pagiging positive mo! Hahaha!

Heto na, inaasikaso ko na talaga lahat, wala nang sagabal na stressful na work kaya heto nang SOWP ang focus ko starting today. Gusto ko na talaga magsubmit but di pa pala pwede. My husband is gonna request pa lang his bank certificate this weds. Natagalan coz he needed to save some more pa... ako naman, I am waiting for the copy of some papers from the property we just bought. Kausap ko na ang aming agent/broker about it. And also, yun bank certificate ko from BPI, 2 weeks pa daw before ko makukuha. Aantayin ko pa ba yun? I don't know kasi kung important ba yun kasi konti lang naman savings ko dun. LOL

As soon as matapos ko na lahat, papasked nako sa embassy for pick up. Before sana magpasko or before mag new year (God willing)

Anyways, may questions pa pala ako, hope you don't mind. Pareho kasi case nang hubby natin, nagpalit nang employer. Ano bang need, yun contract of employment sa current employer or yun sa new employer na? Sa end of Dec pa sya magstart sa new employer (pagkatanggap nang new WP) pero ang mga pinadala nyang pay stubs eh yun sa current employer pa. Nalilito kasi ako, should I send both contracts na lang? But the problem is, expired na yun current work permit nya although nag apply na sya 2 mos ago pa nang restoration of status. Hay, ang gulo!

Hello sis! Sorry late ang reply ko.. May meeting kasi kami knina, 24/7 online ako sa forum pag wifi ang area kasi sinet up ko sa phone ko. Kaya kahit online, di ako makareply minsan.

Sis, yun case ni hubby mo ngayon "implied status"? I mean, nagapply ng new work permit for skilled category prior to the expiry of previous work permit under low skilled? Or out of status na kasi nagapply sya ng restoration...?

I think chel12 is right.. Better na di mo isama yun sa previous employer, pero make all those documents ready if ever irequest ng VO. Sa case kasi ni chel12, tested na kasi napadalhan na sya ng AoR/MR. Sa case ko din naman sis, puro sa new employer na docs ang sinubmit ko (contract, LMO, letter of explanation for non submission of WP), tapos inattached ko din yun existing WP nya pero valid pa until June 2012. Wag u alala sis, dba Christmas or before New Year pa ikaw magsubmit? By that time, hopefully may AoR/MR na me (fingers crossed) para macheck natin kung consistent ang mga VOs sa pagaassess ng SOWP applications. Iuupdate kita from time to time..

Hi! Welcome sa forum...

I believe your Cert of Employment wouldn't matter, kasi you are eligible to apply for SOWP being the spouse of a skilled worker, regardless of work experience or education. The VO will assess your application based on the documents of your husband and of course, your medical results..

But, kung meron kang available documents, isama mo din po sa application to mo para sure.. Try to read the entire thread (medyo it will take days for you finish reading all posts, hehe), very informative....

Wait mo din po ang reply ng mga sis at bro natin dito, tulog pa sila... hehe... Good luck... God bless.

Sa NAIA immigration, medyo nahold lang kami ng ilan minuto, kasi nakawatchlist daw yun anak ko, for secondary inspector sya...tumawag pa ng ibang Immigration Officer. Noon pala, ang case lang, ay yun nireport ko na LOST PASSPORT. Medyo pinakaba kami ng konti. Delayed ng 2hrs ang flight from Phils to HK. Sa HK, on-time, kaya hindi kami naghintay ng matagal para sa connecting flight. Mas mura ng 16k kasi compared sa straight flight, so we took the advantage, para pandagdag sa pambili ng winter clothes. Too cold here brrr brrrr! Sa airport sa Vancouver, kukunin muna mga luggage then ilalagay sa Information area, saka pupunta sa pila ng New Immigrants/New Study/New work visa... IO asked, why we are here? answered back: my husband works here, and we wish to be together... am i going to work? maybe, if I can find one... the kids will go to school? yes. Then instructed us to sit and wait. About 30mins, permits were processed. Hindi ako nagdeclare ng mga foods, though may mga sweets akong dala like pastillas... May mga nabuksan na bagahe, esp yun mga nakabox, mainit ata sa mata yun. Sa HK pala, nasa handcarry ko pala yun blade ko para eyebrow...3x XRAY, then open...nakita nga yun. DInispose lang naman, no case. Kasi alam naman nila na nakasama sa makeup kit ko.

Hindi pa ako nakakaapply ng SSN, baka tomorrow. Busy pa si hubby sa work. Yun schooling ng kids, baka January pwede pa sila makahabol.
