Hello!

I just received my ITA and I'm not under any consultancy services so di po ako sigurado masyado sa mga iuupload na docs. I just want to make sure... No need for high school and elementary?

Last, may whatsapp group po ba tyo or any other groups pra mas mbilis ang convo? ^^

Thank you!

^ If you're on the same airline (i.e not leaving the secure area and you won't face Philippine IOs), you can get away without PDOS. Are you changing planes in MNL or will you stay on board?

Hi, initially we are having the option of just taking PAL for the whole flight. The en route will be Sg-Mla-Vancouver.. then Air Canada to Winnipeg. But after checking, we were informed that the immigration in Phil would probably require us to provide PDOS since we are exiting Phil, even if we are just coming for a connecting flight. We were advised to avoid Mla and take other stopovers instead.

We are hoping to find cheap flight to Canada since the cheapest we can get so far is PAL but since we are in Sg and could not get PDOS here, we might have to drop the option of choosing PAL... ;(

Sigh. Sorry to hear that. Thanks for sharing what you found out, so that others may also learn.

Bureaucracy at its finest.

Just to share as well, even when I returned to the Philippines, since I already had my PR card when I was departing, I was not checked for PDOS (which I didn't attend).

Hi guys!

My proof of funds are in a joint bank account under my name and that of my unaccompanying spouse. Ok lang ba yun?

Pero hindi bachelor's degree ang result ng ECA mo so you can't claim the points for a bachelor's degree. You have to use diploma because that's what it says in your ECA. Pag bachelor's degree ang equivalency, it will say right there "Canadian degree equivalency: bachelor's degree (X years)". But based on what you said before, diploma ang result ng ECA mo.

You'll be charged with misrepresentation if you say you have a bachelor's degree, unless you lodge a successful appeal to WES to give you a bachelor's degree equivalency.

Follow up question lang po about this topic. Sa categories po, it says Bachelor's degree OR a three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute. Since and WES equivalency na binigay ay 3 yr diploma from a University, ibig po bang sabihin same points/choice lang ang Bachelor's at 3yr Univ diploma?

Hi guys, any new PPRs from MVO lately? Jan aor here and waiting. BG is still NA since Feb 28. So hopefully soon :)

Bachelor's degree (four years)

CREDENTIAL ANALYSIS:
1. High School
Remarks: The credential is not comparable to a completed Canadian education
credential.

2. College

High school doesn't matter. You were given a bachelor's degree equivalency so that's what counts.

Hi Guys...

I have a question regarding experience letters. May isa po kasi akong company na hindi nag bibigay ng letter, kaya ang ginawa ko gumawa kami statutory declaration ng employment details, signed by my Manager and notarized din po sa Pinas. Nilagay din namin ung letter from HR kung bakit di sila nag rerelease ng experience letters na detailed with my Manager's company ID and his certificate of employment.

Yes.
