You have to send your passport and requirements to VFS in Cebu or Manila, whichever is closer. You can send it to them via courier, but include a manager's check for payment. They will handle sending it to MVO.

Hi amjk28, it's ok to send your passport to HK VO via VFS...Canada Visa Offices is accepting to process application for Visa Stamping where you are currently located...just inform your assigned VO about change request of your VO, and no need to wait for their approval/confirmation.

Ganyan ang ginawa ko, instead of sending it to ADVO, pinadala ko na lang sa Riyadh VO where I am currently located...

Question please about VFS. Kasi may courier fee charges sila sa HK. Per passport parin ba talaga ang courier charges? Kahit family and 1 courier lang nila send?

Most likely per passport nga, at least ganoon ginawa nila sa relative ko kahit family application, nag-charge pa sila to photocopy the PPR letter per dependent.

Need help po. Ilang araw ba bago magreply ang Case Specific Enquiry (CSE), i have submitted my enquiry already for one week pero wala sila reply.

Ano po ba gagawin pag urgent matters, my wife just gives birth today. May PPR na po kami and we need to comply within 30 for passport submission.

Although may nilagay and LVO na email na contact sila pero di sila reply. Appreciate your help. Thank you.

Depende sa VO. Two weeks on average usually.
You already sent them an email previously, it should be fine. They will reply eventually because you are informing them of a change in family composition, which is important.
I know it feels especially tense, but from my own experience and other Pinoys here, Canada always comes through.
MVO also replied to me today, after 9 days, and confirmed I can send my PP to Ottawa for stamping.
And congratulations on the family addition!

Hi Chem14, you can send your passport now together with LOE, Medical Birth Certificate and don't forget the pix and PPR letter to include.

Ganyan ang ginawa ng friend ko dito, may PPR na at sinama nila yun sa submission ng passport. Tinawagan sila to confirm the additional member, then, pinadalhan sila ng email to submit the necessary requirements.

Yes amjk28, per passport ang bayad kahit family dahil may tracking number each individual passport. Ang fee nila is for Processing and SMS.
