Hi guys.

Just landed today here in Toronto.
I'll be sharing my experience later. Almost midnight na kasi dito. Though i dont know if jet lag will have an effect on me, pagod lang siguro dahil sa mahabang byahe.
Pero all in all, smooth lang naging process. No interview at no need to show proof of funds and no checking of luggage for me. Sana ganon din sa inyo! Good luck!

@ prcand, mukhang normal lang pala ang no updates galing sa SGVO...mga hindi pa gumagamit ng MyCIC. :P Expect something na sa 5th monthsary mo hehehe.

A few questions and suggestions needed.
1. Ielts done with average of 8 score
2. Wes eca done with 2year college diploma equivalent
3. Migrating with wife and 3 kids
4. 14years ++ work experience noc code 2282
So i computed my score based on the cic site, i got 65 points only. Proceeded to create my ee profile just to see. As expected, not qualified result was provided. So here are a few questions:
1. What are my other options?
2. What provinces can i apply to be qualified for PNP
3. With the given credentials above, is it enough? Or kulang talaga?
Thanks in advance for all your replies...

Thanks littlemissmermaid! 5th monthsarry it is.. so hindi na ako mag expect anything before July :o

1. Options - increase work experience. Kasi sa experience ko, every year na nadagdag sa work ko, 20 points ang increase. Ask your wife to take IELTS din, additional 10 points to, pati narin ECA sa WES, another 10 points increase din.
2. When you have applied the ECA and IELTS ng wife mo, try doing your profile again, baka may improvement na. Also, please check yung proof of funds. Since 3 kids mo, malaki ang dapat na ilagay mo amount dito. May chance na mashado mababa yung nailagay mong amount kaya naging ineligible ka. Kindly double check sa CIC website kung ilan dapat ang minimum.
3. With IELTS results mo, okay mataas sya. Yung 2 year diploma, yan talaga equivalent ng Bachelors natin sa pinas. So sa tingin ko, wala na improvement magagawa dito sa part na to. Sa wife mo nalang and your work experience ang pde makapagpapabago. You can always take another IELTS exam to aim CLB 9 if you can. May increase din ito. Pero since 2 years naman ang validity ng IELTS, I suggest you ask your wife to take IELTS and ECA muna.

Sana nakatulong :) Good Luck :)
