Hi, anyone help kung san may open under PNP? thanks..and kailangan ba may relatives don sa bawat provinces na un?

Hi! Si SK nagreopen pero 500slots lang. Si NS still accepting application pero paper based sila pero processing is taking 8-9mos (as of this time).

So may possibility na hindi ka ma-grant ng nominiation ng SK if yung current NOC mo ay hndi related na yung field of study mo noong college? Naisip ko sana itry kaso may nagsabi din sakin na hindi daw pwede mag apply if may existing,active application ka kaya nahahati isip ko if magstick nalang muna ako sa isang province or itry ko...

Hindi ko alam to be honest kung paano ako nakalusot sa SK, I didn't even know that rule, basta nag-apply na lang ako.

Doon sa multiple PN applications, I think depende sa province at yung merits ng application mo o yung ties mo sa province. Dineclare ko sa Ontario na nag-apply ako sa SINP, pero na-nominate pa rin ako sa Ontario kasi nagpakita ako ng ties sa ON.

It is possible to receive nominations from multiple provinces and territories; however, you may only accept one nomination. Your name will remain in the pool of Express Entry candidates until you accept a nomination, or until you are invited to apply under another skilled worker program.

You are under no obligation to accept this nomination. You may decide that you do not want to
immigrate under Ontario's nominee program, for example, because you do not intend to reside in that province or territory.

So it implies CIC allows multiple PN applications. Any "risk" is more with the PNP itself, like Manitoba that demerits it, or if you can't provide sufficient ties to the province.

Nope not required ang annual check up for PR's. Pero I think tatawagan naman to clarify if may nakita or something. Super common lang naman ng tests and tanong. Mahal lang nga talaga dito. Ikaw pag may time ka e di sa pinas ka na mag pacheck-up atleast dun makakausap mo ng mabuti ang mga tao haha

"Notification Letter or Request by the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) that requires the client to undergo medical exam."

eh, di pa natin alam kung may draw nga ba ngayong friday (6th nov) ;D tapos plano ko na sa nov 11th magpapa checkup. would you know whether strikto sila sa requirement na to? or pwede pakita ung PNP nomination, tapos sabihin ko "upfront medical checkup" as per CIC FAQ?

Baka depende sa immigration officer din siguro if satisfied sila sa docs ng mga applicants or hindi. Hindi ko alam yung ruling ni Nova Scotia if may mga demerits sila like Manitoba or any other grounds. Siguro hope and wait and pray nalang ako, kahit ang hirap mag asikaso ng papers...

try mo sa sask... nag apply ako last year sa NS ung papaer / mail based, pero ang bilis mapuno ng quota. worse, ang tagal bumalik ng papers just to say na capped ako, mga kalahating taon ata binilang. at least sa sask, alam mo agad kung pasok or tanggap application mo or hindi, wala ng paghihintay sa wala.

sabi kasi nila 12 months ung expiry ng medical. tapos nakalagay din dun sa CIC guidelines na pwede magpa medical before or after submission

so might as well. last year nag attempt nadin ako for the first time to go to canada, nung FSW 2014 (before express entry). ni-gather ko na lahat nun (employment reference, education credentials, WES evaluation, IELTS, etc)... eh ang labas ay na capped din haha.

so ngayon, medical nalang kulang. hopefully nga may draw ngayong friday.

Go na for SK while it's open right now, at least libre, yung NS $350 din. You can apply for as many PNs as long as you don't mind doing the application forms and paying the fees.

Ayos! Ako may ilan ilan na na documents pero di pa kumpleto. Di kopa kasi alam kung ma iinvite ako at kung tama nilagay ko sa EE profile namin. Turuan moko kung ma invite man ako regarding sa requirements ah, like police clearance, medicals, employments ref format, show money hehehe.

7500 na agad sa IOM? last july lang 5,00 lang yung binayaran ko. xray lang naman ang chine-check normally esp. tuberculosis. Tapos sabi ng brother ko who is in Ontario, wag daw sabihin na may hika or any respiratory illness kasi normally daw yun ang reason for rejection for medical reasons.

when i had my medical check up sa IOM, sinabi ko lang upfront for Express Entry. wala naman na silang hiningi na additional docs. Just say na ikaw yung principal applicant. yung notification letter na hinihingi is normally sa mga pinetition na relatives. Dun strict sila kasi hindi nila ipapaproceed sa medical pag wala yun. nung andon ako may ilang tao rin ang hindi nila pinayagan dahil don.

Hahaha no comment na lang. Basta kailangan ng umalis dito Kaya pagigihan ang pagpasa ng tamang dokumento. Medyo paranoid ako mag comment sa lugar na ito online. Alam mo na baka mascreen shot pa tayo. Kiasu lah
