Tanong ko lang po sana gaano po katagal yung processing time?

Yung approval ng medical and bg check? Mas mabilis po ba yung approvals if we paid all the necessary fees agad?

What are your advices in submitting the documents?

I would say it depends. sa iba 3-4 months lang from the date of AOR, yung sa amin exactly 6 months. iba-iba kasi ang factor nyan. for our case, overseas-based kami, marami kaming natravel sa ibang countries (I would guess nag background check din si cic dun sa travels namin) and at the same time common-law partners application kami. then that time 2000+ yung nabigyan ng ITA, so sabay sabay syempre kami rereviewhin and I don't think naghihire sila ng additional case officers kapag ganun.

yung medical normally 3 days lang passed na sha agad if wala naman health complications. we also paid the fees upfront kasi we thought mabilis lang processing pag ganun, hindi din pala

in terms of submitting your docs, I would suggest itreat mo sha na para kang gumagawa ng thesis. due diligence is necessary. and pray and be positive each day

kapag dumating na ang golden PPR email mo, don't rush coming here. it's way too expensive here. I would suggest iplan mo talaga. kasi kami hinintay pa namin yung December bonuses sayang din kasi yun pandagdag ng landing fund. that's why January na kami pumunta dito. some says mura ang ticket kapag January dahil after holiday season

isa pa pala,sa PoF,acceptable ba yung bank cert plus estatement na sinesend sa email per month or kailangan talaga kumuha ng separate na statement of account sa bank?

nagsubmit din ako nung e-statement. wala naman problem. goodluck!

hello, ask ko lang po pag previous employer, can i use the employment certificate na nirequest ko nung after ko magresign? or need ng bago? and then what if nag resign ako sa current work ko pagkatapos mag submit ng requirements, need ko po mag update ng application or hindi na? thank you in advance. di na need ng bagong certificate of employment. di naman kasi nagbabago ang job description pati gross annual salary dun so ok na yung nakuha mo noon. well as long as andun yung necessary details na need ni cic like if you are full time employee and hours of work. goodluck!

just got my ITA yesterday!

ask ko lang po kung saan makikita yung checklist required for the application? and also, required narin po ba ang medical exam sa PR application?

when you receive ITA, magkakaron ng another link sa myCIC account mo related sa documents submission. yun na ang pinaka checklist mo. andun din yung mga required docs na dapat mo isubmit. yes, mag rerequire na din sha ng upfront medical exam. goodluck!

Hello all! I submitted my application and receive my AOR 5 April was just wondering, can I wait in Canada while I am waiting for the processing of my PR? I'm dual citizen (US and Philippines) which means I wouldn't need a visa to go to Canada so just wondering if I can go ahead and wait there. I should also mention that my partner is Canadian and is moving back to Canada, hence our plan to move in mid-July.

I am new here so bare with me. My girlfriend and I are planning to apply for EE. Pero honestly, hindi po namin alam kung pano magsisimula. ;D
We already attended several assessments and they all said that we are qualified naman - especially my girlfriend kasi nurse sya.

Any ideas/suggestions on steps we need to do that can help us. thank you po!

That's true because January is the worst time to make a landing in Toronto because of winter. I have two relatives who landed in January tapos sinumpa nila ang Canada for a while LOL. But yeah, if money is the issue, then just bundle up and bear with it.

Three major first steps:

1. Read everything you can step by step on Express Entry on this forum:

2. Get your ECAs at WES (unless you and your GF are doctors or pharmacists) by asking your school to send original transcripts to WES or whatever ECA organization.

3. Take your IELTS.
You didn't say where you are based, so bahala ka to find an IELTS test near you using the magic of Google.

You need valid ECA and IELTS to make an Express Entry profile. Do those first, and then come back here when you're ready.

To be honest, mas mahirap nga pumasok as nurse here, because usually diploma course lang ang equivalent sa Canada (Express Entry is more weighted towards degrees, especially post-secondary degrees). Feel ko niloloko lang kayo ng mga agencies because that's what you expect to hear.

Hello mga Idol,

I am planning to apply sa EE with my girlfriend as common law dependent.
The situation is, nakaschedule kami magpakasal sa Oct 2017.
Can I apply her as common law? Kaso di kami magkasama sa isang bahay and we do not have joint accounts pa.
Pwede ko ba ipakita ung receipt (schedule ng kasal namin from embassy) nasa thailand kasi kami at may schedule na kami magpakasal sa October.

Sino po dito 5 year BSECE graduate?
I tried the WES online evaluator (yung libre) pero I was surprised na ang result nya is Canadian post-secondary degree or diploma for a two-year program (totoo bang yan lang equivalent nun). I was planning to avail their ECA services pero kung yan lang, medyo napanghinaan ako ng loob.

Mag submit na po kami ng eAPR this week pero ask ko lang po:

1. sa address history po ba, kunyari nagbakasyaon ka ng 4 months sa US, makakasama na ba siya sa address history?
2. if wala naman po Canadian work experience si Spouse, hindi na po kailangan ilagay sa work history tama po ba? sa personal history lang siya papasok?
