Hello po! i need your help.. nakareceive po kmi ng procedural fairness letter from CIC today. Sabi po there is an insufficient evidence to support our declared commonlaw partnership ng dependent ko. We are living together since 2011 pero wala po kaming lease contract kasi owned po ng parents nya yung house. ang proof lang na nasubmit nmin ay joint bank account, pictures sa fb at travels, at mga statements ng friend at mommy nya.
Meron lang po kming 30 days to provide additional proof, ano pa po ba pwede? Meron akong bagong procured na insurance policy na sya ang beneficiary, pero pwede kaya yun if ang kelangan nila e 12mos? Natatakot po kasi ako na baka ireject nila application namin dahil duon. Please help me. Thanks

Sorry to hear that. I'm not sure. Do you two have bank statements or letters addressed to the same residence since 2011? Tax returns? Driver's licenses? Maybe those can help. Try also searching on this forum especially on the Family Sponsorship section for tips to prove common-law.
If this is a same-sex relationship, maybe you can also submit an explanation or the constitution that the Philippines does not recognize same-sex marriage.

Thanks! We're not into same sex relationship Bellaluna. We have a joint bank accounr but opened in 2013 only. We transferred residence kasi from Cainta to Antipolo due to Ondoy, some of his documents were lost during the typhoon so he could no longer provide a copy of his billing statements na mas luma. In our current residence, we have utility bills addressed under the same address kaso since 2015 lang din kasi yung mga previous bills sa office add namin nakaaddress. We travelled a lot together and we can submit itineraries and passport stamps. We can secure a cert from homeowner assoc ng previous at current subd namin stating na we're living under the same add okay lang kaya yun?? And ask for testimonials from some of our friends and family members pa cguro to back up. I am really worried, kasi nakalagay dun if we cannot prove our relationship, he might be removed from my application..

OK, do all those + letter of explanation about Ondoy. And please do a bit more research on the Family Sponsorship forum.

hi! try providing an affidavit of cohabitation, ids with the same address, do you have cc?billing statement w/ same address, pictures at least 3 per year since you declared your common law tapos mas maganda ung pictures na hindi lng kau like kasama ung mga families nyo..
yan ung binigay namin & we didn't have problem w/ d proof.

I have my own accounts, credit cards kasi and carloan but under my name and gnun din sya. I am paying for our electricity online and I can provide proof, kaso the house is under his sister. Paano kaya namin maprove na dun kami nakatira? Meron kaming statements of account na dun naka address. I can provide telephone bills showing regular calls to him, itineraries of our trips since 2011 and passport stamps. Recently pala, I procured an insurance na siya ang beneficiary, pwede ko kaya isubmit yun kahit na acquire ko sya after nmin mgsubmit ng applic fo PR?

Also, paano po ba yung affidavit of cohabitation? Bukod sa IMM form ni CIC meron pa bang iba na need isign nming 2? Thanks po at mejo knakabahan kasi ako, andito na kmi ayoko namang madelay pa ng dahil sa lacking documents.

yah approved na. Ok lng if you don't own the house as long as you have the same address (ids, billing address, etc.). Yah isama mo na din ung insurance as proof. For the affidavit of cohabitation search ka sa net for sample forms.

Hello!
Has anybody tried submitting ECA that's for General purposes instead of Immigration purposes?
I'm the primary applicant, my spouse is unable to get the school to send the docs directly to ICES so we were the ones who sent the original docs to ICES and got a basic general ECA. I'm just wondering if CIC will accept it or if it will invalidate the points I'm claiming for my spouse.

You have to upgrade it to the immigration version because CIC will get electronic access from ICES.
