Yun nga po bellaluna...medyo confused ako diyan...
Ang pagkakaintindi ko po kasi sa AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN CANADA-IMMIGRANT VISA IS GRANTED PROVIDED THAT THERE IS A VALID JOB OFFER AND LMIA.

A valid job offer is permanent/indeterminate and non-seasonal where an applicant can only start working when immigrant visa is granted.

Di ko po sure kung tama ung pagkakaintindi ko po..binasa ko po lahat meaning ng authorized to work at valid job offer..

I take to mean "authorized to work" refers to a work permit or current work under a WP-exempt program (NAFTA, etc.) If you don't have that, I'm afraid your consultant is right on that one.

Naintindihan ko na po... Ang tanong ko po mandatory po ba dalhin yung pof pag magland na sa canada?
Di ba pwedeng 2k ganun na lang po? Then dala ako updated bank statement?

Maiba po ako, may job offer w/ lmia po, kelangan pa po kayang magdala ng settlement fund requirement which is cad12,164? Naguguluhan po kasi ako eh...

You don't need to bring the POF necessarily, but you have to present verifiable proof that you have the $12,164 when you apply for PR.

Hi all, do you have an idea how long would it take for CIC to review an additional document submitted? particularly a SG COC? I submitted my eapr last Oct 14, got addtl doc request last Oct 19 and submitted the doc last Nov 11, until now the status in my CIC acct is "provided" I believe it should be "received" to mean that I've provided what they're asking for, anyone who has a similar case?! thank you!!

I think it's the same status we all received after submitting an additional document. When they ask me for an additional document which is the sched 4 way back May, it still says provided in my CIC account until now.

Mine took 18 days before it went "in progress."
Request was oct. 5, i submitted oct. 18..bg check went in progress nov. 5.. i hope this will give you idea... ;D
