Napansin ko bellaluna na usually yung nag in process na bc sabay sa medicals passed ay yun yung bumabalik sa not needed at this time pagkatapos ng ilang araw.... dont wori, system glitch lang yan....

Hahaha thanks...may theory din that it means tapos na yung completeness check (R10) which means na-transfer na yung application sa processing VO.
Tsine-check ko lang every few hours or so kung "cancelled" yung status tulad ng nasa Reasons for Rejection thread...hindi naman, so I hope system glitch o file transfer lang talaga. I'll be happy with either.

Ayoko rin mag-order ng GCMS notes...tingin ko rin kasi sa laki ng file ko sa mga past refusals ko, hindi kaya sa email so CD-ROM ang ipapadala sa akin.

Naku Feb pa lang. Tagal ng April para sa atin.

Guys, ask ko lang... meron ba ditong nag iintay ng February ITA? kasi nakatanggap ako ng letter of invitation. kaso nung tinignan ko naman yung website for the latest draw, as of January 27 padin yung nakalagay. nagtataka lang ako kung tama bang nakareceive ako ng ITA....

sabi ng consultant sa agency namin need ko daw magpanotarize ng explanation why i cannot submit a detailed job description with certificate of employment (spouse). ayaw na kasi magbgay ng previous company ko. ask ko po ung uci no. ng previous application un po ba ung denied application? nacut off po kmi last 2013 un po ba un?

You might as well do it para tumahimik na si consultant. But it's really not necessary kasi di naman counted work experience ng spouse.
You should declare the cut off 2013 application. Nasa GCMS notes na yun.

Hi Angelsky, yung akin itemized sya with all the things I need to explain. I suggest do it like a formal business letter with address, date and Letter Title na Letter of Explanation. You can start your letter by putting Dear Visa Officer. Explain mo lang lahat ng need mo explain in a very kind and humble manner.

No one knows kung kailan ang next draw, but normally twice a month.

Yes, it is a mandatory requirement for CRS calculation.

Actually, hindi kasama sa EE ang Quebec, ibang process siya.
