Happy new year po sa lahat!

I've been reading the pages pero wala po yata similar sa case namin kaya mag ask na po ako dito. Internationa student po ako dito sa Ontario and my wife is on open work permit. She is a special education teacher sa Pilipinas and is hired in the same profession here since September.

I'll be eligible for EE under CEC after graduation and working for a year but we were wondering if my will be qualified to apply as well.

Ang taong ko po is (maybe just asking for confirmation) will having an open work permit attached to my student visa still allow her to apply?

Salamat po in advance for helping us out!

Sa mga papunta na po dito, dito na po kayo bumili ng jacket kasi kakaiba ang lamig dito. (colder than the US from our experience) Just bring one you can use temporarily to save luggage space. The same goes for winter boots

Regarding your inquiry about your wife's CEC qualification. Yes, she is qualified

After my contract expires this july 2016, I'm planning to study software development as well,
I got a 2yr AMA Computer System design&programming course in PH.

Hello! Thanks for the helpful information!

I'm studying in Humber College here in Toronto. My program is enterprise software development. Some of the requirements are an overal IELTS score of 6.5 (note sure about this one) with no grade lower than 6 (again not sure about that part) and minimum of a bachelors degree, but sometimes I think they recognize experience as well.

It's very challenging especially for me who came from an economics and engineering background but maybe for those who are already in the industry, it's just a walk in the park.

Our first semester comprised of java, unix, oralce sql, html, jquery, javascript, css and UML (visio, rational rose, violet, etc) then we will be heading to mobile applications on my last year (it's a two year program). Hope this helps

Please help po for the procedure and all the required docs na included nyo.

Have you accepted the ITA in your MyCIC? One you accepted it, you need to complete the online applications, after you have done this portion, you will be directed for the Required Documents Checklist. Normally, the only updated requirements that you need is PCC, POF, Pictures, Medical Certificate, Passport (if newly renewed), LOE (if needed) and others are same docs that you have already. Note, you will get AOR on CIC stage once you finally submitted your application. You need to complete all the Required Documents Checklist before you can submit your application.

Also note, please do upfront medical. You may contact or visit your physicians panel approved by CIC for the detailed requirements and for your schedule.

1. Sa proof of name change, ok naba ang marriage cert na i attach sa part ng spouse ko?

2. Yung NBI ba eh ok lang kung Nov 26 2015 ko nakuha pero this coming February 2016 pa kami mag susubmit?

3. Sa Passport eh buong page na bilagay niyo o yung BIO data page lang?

4. Sa school records, eto na bilagay niyo

a. Diploma
b. Transcript
c. ECA
d. IELTS

5. Sa work experience, si spouse ko kasi eh isang position lang (Staff Nurse) sa iisang hospital, pero na aasign sa ibat ibang department like ER, Ward, NICU, OR, etc. Papaano i declare yung ganito? Dapat ba i separate yung work experience niya sa kada department or ok na isang work experience nalang ilagay under WORK EXPERIENCE kasi isang company lang naman siya, tapos i attached nalang yun supporting docs na nag sasabi na sa ganitong taon eh sa gantong department siya na assign?

Nag-attach ako LOE with our BCs and the MC

2. Yung NBI ba eh ok lang kung Nov 26 2015 ko nakuha pero this coming February 2016 pa kami mag susubmit?
Dapat daw kasi 6 months old si NBI kahit good for 1 year siya. So I am not sure sa answer dito kasi I do not know also how long the processing ng CIC

3. Sa Passport eh buong page na bilagay niyo o yung BIO data page lang?
Other threads, I have read na bio page lang pero sa part namin since nirequire kami ni NBPNP ng lahat ng pages ng passport yun na din inupload ko sa CIC level

4. Sa school records, eto na bilagay niyo

Sa akin, eto lang din inattach ko except for my husband na Diploma and TOR lang.

Thanks po sa pag sagot ehehe. Ganun nalang din siguro gawin ko, attached all pages sa passport, then attached din ng BC sa name change niya, NBI eh nakakuha na kasi ako last NOV, kuha nalang ulit ako this Jan para sariwang isda pa ;D.

Work Exp nalang talaga niya ako nalilito. Kung may naka experience diyan sa iba eh please give your inputs .

Haha ayos! Ka batch pala tayo eh. Pero di pako naka pag pasa, baka last week pa ng Jan or 1st week ng Feb, bago ang deadline hehe. Anong stage na kayo?

Kailangan ko inputs niyo guys, yung PCC COC niyo ba eh kinuha niyo before mag request si CIC nito? Kumuha na kasi ako last Dec, eh nabasa ko sa site na ok lang pala na walang PCC muna na i aatache dito at ilagay lang sa note sa post ITA under Police eh "kailangan ng letter from CIC para makakuha ng PCC". Meron kasi ako nababasa na yung may mga FROM at TO na date sa PCC eh na rereject kasi di lahat covered yung month. So anong advise niyo? Kayo ba eh kumuha na kayo ng PCC COC kahit di pa nag rerequest si CIC?
