No, you need to be a PR before you can apply for them to come on a super visa. They can apply for a regular TRV.

Thank you so much . I will apply for regular trv

Would anticipate that it could be very difficult for your parents to get a TRV especially since you are a recent protected person. There will be a better chance if the reason for your asylum claim is not applicable to them. They should make sure they have a very strong application including strong ties to their home country to eliminate any concern that they will also try to claim asylum and not return home.

Yess but I will try once

Is there any chance if I apply TRV for my parents that affect my pr application ? As I’m a protected person and just 4 month submitted pr application

If your parents get denied the TRV you have the option to go visit them in a 3rd country (not your home country) using an RTD since you can not use your home country passport as a protected person without risking your status. Not all counties accept the RTD so would verify with their embassy to see if the country accept RTDs.
