I found on this webpage, there's one more document needed:
  • the offer of employment number your employer received when they submitted the offer of employment through the Employer Portal (if you are LMIA exempt and coming to work for a specific employer)
My lawyer and my company didn't mention this. Is that required?

I checked my offer letter and there's no such a number on it.

If you applied through ICT, then your employer would have provided you with the employement number that the LMIA-exempt permit was approved. Ask your employer for the number. If they say they don’t have it, then ask if your job offer was submitted through the Employer Portal to approve the LMIA exemption.
