While checking CIC website today, I found two more options to do ECA for immigration purposes:

Designated organizations for ECAs
You can get your assessment from:
- Comparative Education Service – University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies(CES)
- International Credential Assessment Service of Canada(ICAS)
- World Education Services(WES)
- Medical Council of Canada (professional body for Doctors)
- Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (professional body for Pharmacists)
- International Qualifications Assessment Service(IQAS)
- International Credential Evaluation Service(ICES)
ICES:

The estimated processing time for an ECA is approximately 8 weeks from the date on which all required documents are received in our office.
IQAS

https://iqas.work.alberta.ca/eca#/
The current IQAS processing time for an assessment is approximately one month after all required documents and payments are received; times may vary based on the volume of applications.
Anybody has done ECA from these institutions??
