For ECA to WES - Only Degree or degree and secondary certificate both?

Hi,

I would like to know for express visa if I am submitting my degree to WES for ECA, do I also need to submit the senior secondary certificate (CBSE)?
Not able to find anywhere, if it is recent degree 'only' or all the educational certificates (degree plus any PGDBM plus senior secondary plus secondary certificates) have to be sent to WES for ECA.
Please guide.
