I am thinking that most of the 0213's are going into a slow route.

I will post about my AOR as soon as I will receive (This is what I can do from my side 8) ). I agree with your analysis that processing of NOC:0213 is slower than other NOCs.

Mubbashir,hey you know that joke is a very expensive one considering the fact that you also have not received your AOR.I pray its not so or such could really break peoples heart at this stage.It is well guys,lets all just keep our fingers cross and trust God to help them speed events up and start sending AOR fast again.Am praying for you all yet to receive AOR and those for the next stage too.

I think basically, the CIO sends AORs in a packet form, like after working upon a good number of applications, they must have been despatching AORs in bulk.
All my prayers with all of you. I am waiting for your AORs more eagerly, than i waited for mine one.

hi everybody!

like you, i'm very anxious and excited at the same time for my AOR. we have the same timeline with mubashir as CIO received my application on january 20, NOC 1111. my payment is also thru credit card.

i have this sad news from one of the applicants in my hometown philippines. she applied in december 2009 and payment is also thru credit card, however, her application got rejected because CIO prefers bank draft. she was notified of that so she filed another application.

is there any other january applicant in this forum who got his AOR and paid thru credit card?

i wish there's some hope for us not to start all over again as time is wasted waiting and worrying

maybe there are other reason why CIO rejected the application or maybe theres a problem with her credit card company. Theres a lot of here got AOR w/ credit card pyt. Whats the purpose of the fee payment form (IMM 5620) if they will not allow this form of pyt.

Apparently it was an ONLINE credit card payment he/she did and was subsequently returned since online payment is not accepted for FSW atleast outside Canada.

So i believe CC are still good as payment method for FSW applicants considering Dec 09 and Jan 2010 applicants still get their AORs despite they used their CC as their payment method.
