Thanks for answering my query in detail.Unfortunately i applied in a wrong NOC.

So is their any chance of changing the immigration regulation in coming months???so that i can apply in my own NOC2172.??

Hi to everyone!

my application papers just got back in yesterday and there are some corrections, they indicated that

"The individual indicated on the Use of Representative Form (IMM 5476) which you submitted is not an authorized representative. (See Appendix B)"

I was wondering what was the content of "Appendix B" since they didn't attach such file. I only have Appendix A and C.

Secondly i was wondering why do i need to Fillup the Use of Representative Form since we didn't check it on the document checklist since we are applying directly by our own.

can someone enlighten me regarding this matter?
